For owners of the Hermes Globe Trotter GM agenda which has the small sterling silver ballpoint pen in loops at opening edge!
My GT verso agenda (Havane outside, Turquoise inside) is in need of refills for its teensy-weensy sweet pen---believe it or not, my current and last refill (I used to stockpile them) has lasted around 7 yrs. or so which is amazing for such a tiny pen. I no longer live near an Hermes boutique and calling Hermes to order more has proved fruitless..."we haven't received those pen refills for a long time....they haven't been discontinued, we just no longer get them." I still have the outside packaging from my last refill and I've tried contacting the pen refill company (S.T.Dupont Paris) for help, but no response. Does anyone else have this version of the GT GM and is using the little ballpoint pen? If so, where do you buy pen refills? Heartbroken that the little pen will not be able to be used any longer. This agenda and its pen have served me so well since the 2006 purchase at SCP.
Please let me hear from you! A google search has yielded nothing in terms of a substitute.
Thank you!!!

I got mine end of March (US) in 31cm and was also offered the 25 last month in EU. I wasn't told anything about them being discontinued.
My SA told me the Halzan was discontinued “for now” a few mos ago. I assumed it was all of them. If the 25 is an option, I am going to ask again!
I was told by my SA yesterday that the Halzan 31 is not part of the current collection. 25 only. Have others heard this?

Loves <3 A question if someone maybe knows. I already got 1 quota bag in January and my SO order placed in February arrived today ( have to pick it up in a few days). But since I am also waiting for Birkin 25 touch that is supposed to *come in*… so 2 quota bags. can a third one be an option or no, any thoughts on this one? I did asked my SA already about the situation, waiting for the answer. Thank you!

It is extremely unlikely that they will be allowed to sell you a third quota bag within this calendar year unless you are a mega spending VIP. It needs regional directorate approval with a great justification for the exception. The good news is that B25 touches will surely arrive in 2024 as well.

This will vary from store to store and client to client so I'd trust your SA. SO arrival does seem to count as a quota in many places.

Would anyone know why when I was offered a quota bag (on a Thursday) I was only given 2 days to pick it up and it had to “be sold” by end of day Saturday? My SA would not let me pick it up the following Monday and the SA also called me multiple times on the day I was going in to pick up the bag, saying their manager was asking when I was coming in to get the bag to make sure it gets sold. I am local to the store.

Probably because it's high in demand and your SA can only hold it for so long before the SM lets another SA offer it to his/her client.

I found this odd as well. Even if that particular bag was in high demand, I've always assumed that as soon as a client says, "Yes, I'll take it...I'll be in as soon as possible to purchase", the SA/SM is fine with holding it - and the package is clearly marked with the client's name. What happens if a client says Yes but physically can't get to the store until the following week? People have jobs, family obligations, travel....

If you hadn't rushed over, would they have sold it out from under you??
