OK, since pets and their numerous body functions have been mentioned today....
I came home about 45 minutes ago, fed my little beasties.... And about 15 minutes ago, somekitty had a binge-and-purge moment. I heard it. I went on a barf hunt already through the house and couldn't find it. I hope I don't find it in a bad way.

Wow, you guys are moving fast today. And so much talk about bodily functions. I will add my story -- had to make Moose barf once because he ate something bad. I was in tears. My daughter came over and we gave him milk and hydrogen peroxide (works immediately) and she caught the barf on paper plates, which I thought was genius.
Thanks to all the girls who tried to find the Chanel khaki rose. I am not surprised it's sold out.

I did! Last Friday. I went out with my thesis group and I am going to a restaturant in the evening tomorrow to celebrate with my best friend from the class.
I will also celebrate by getting some shoes in London.

Pugsy, When I think about dogs, I wouldn't mind a pug, especially since I went to a friend's house last night. The family had an English Mastiff. At 33 inches tall and 180 lbs, I almost wanted to put a saddle on the beast. Can you imagine the poo that thing excretes. Yikes, when I have a dog, I think I'll take something smaller.

I have only gone to one truly special H event at the home of the French embassador in DC when the Vienna store re-opened. The only events I really go to are the Verdura events at Neimans, and I pay for them in other ways.

You know that animal eats better than me. (I made myself Tuscan White Bean Soup from a mix tonight. It's yummy, but I am definitely on a sodium high.) And BTW, Jinjy is way too smart.
B-mom, hope you are having fun shopping for your gift. If I were in your shooz, I would definitely be leaning towards the VCA. One day, I am going to buy myself the Magic Alhambra Carnelian and Tiger's Eye necklace, but at $18K (with no possibilities of negotiated discounts, it's going to wait a while.
