THAT'S what you learn when you walk into VCA and your SA notices the Cartier bag in your hand...
Now, before everyone gets excited, this was purely a recon mission. The bag contained the newest catalog and the nice Cartier SA's card....

Cartier: tried on the Trinity small silk bracelet. Super stunning, my fave of all that I looked at (in my price range) but I have reservations about the cord. I have visions of the silk getting snagged and/or aging badly. Though, they will replace it seasonally for no charge and I can get more/different colors. And they can re-tie it if it comes undone. Also, it was hard to maneuver with one hand, pretty tricky for something that has to come on and off every day. That said, it was gorgy!!
VCA: just shoot me now.....My SA was there (she was my H SA and a total DOLL!) and we tried on the Sweet Butterfly and the Carnelian Heart and the MOP & Carnelian Alhambra. OMG....they were TDF and a perfect size. I'm sunk! Pugs, it would be perfect with a DBTY, I'm just sayin'
.Let me tell you, you walk through SCP with a VCA AND a Cartier handle bag and you are noticed!
Now I have some serious thunking to do!

nurse, it wasn't my blood pressure, which incidentally, was 115/74 at the doctor. It was my blood sugar. Don't call the EMTs yet. I am fine. It was my blood sugar.
For all of those who wanted khaki rose nail polish, I went to Nordstrom today and there was none to be had. So sorry, but I did try guys. However, I did buy two new pairs of AGLs and also two new Burberry hats (a wool one for warmth and a rain hat) These may be the new shoes that showed up around anniversary sale in California. I photograph them later. They have a patent cap toe and have a little bow and the throat is all elasticky. They are not on the Nordstrom website. And, if possible, they are more comfortable than the others....

Avril: Thanks for the heads up on the place. I will check it out. Today my bestfriend decided to come with me to London, so we will be three girls that are going for shopping, culture, fun and H. (They think I am nuts but they support me.)

OMG!! Peeps! MY exam results came in and I got a good grade. I am sooo happy I am dizzy.
Of course I can do it. I always did. I am meticulous about monitoring my blood sugars. I kind of got away from doing it when I first get up.

I did! Last Friday. I went out with my thesis group and I am going to a restaturant in the evening tomorrow to celebrate with my best friend from the class. I will also celebrate by getting some shoes in London.
