Soo cute!!!

I feel sorry for the lurkers who stumble on these last few posts. Boogers, poo... Wait. We're missing pee! But not for long... You know that nylon kennel I've been using for Jinjy's crate training? He managed to unzip the door himself, climb in and use the litter box, which was fine. What wasn't fine was him peeing all over the nylon floor and I'd foolishly not put wee wee pads underneath. Jeeesh, what a clean up that was. The nylon kennel is Piss-tory.

Really? Crazy.
Good evening peeps :sleepy: I. AM. EXHAUSTED.

restricter - delighted to hear about Winky's appetite, that's some dinner for him! filet mignon no less!! :D Love the pics too that you posted, awww!!

Mree - your mom looks fabulous!! And I just love the mask!

Mindi - sorry to hear Henry is back at the vet's again :hugs:

I got a grand total of 2.5 - 3 hours sleep last night. I had to catch a super early flight this morning to London for a work meeting (SO came along with me as well). The meeting was only on for an hour so we had the rest of the day to ourselves. Didn't sleep properly at all because I kept tossing and turning, worrying that I'd sleep in and miss the flight! Got there and went to the Wolseley for breakfast - apparantly tiz one of the best places for breakfast in London, and it was really good! Mmmm. I had pancakes and blueberries, SO had the full English.

Then we had some time to spare before my meeting so we went to Harrods. I checked out Hermès in there to look at their SLGs. FINALLY got to see what an azap long looks like ... it surprisingly is, really long! LOL! I couldn't believe how big the wallet was. Anyway, they only had it in black so no good. But it was nice to see it anyway. They had TONS of SLGs there. They had bags on the shelves but I did not look, I was too tired and only focused on SLGS. I showed SO the little elephant page marker, and then told him the price - he was like whaaaaaaaat!

Did any of you see the reveal by kohl_mascara yesterday?

http://forum.purseblog.com/the-jewelry-box/i-got-it-tiffany-sola-yellow-diamond-ring-654001.html

She got the Tiffany Sola Yellow Diamond ring as an engagement ring from her SO! Anyway after seeing it, I thought it was AMAZING! So I wanted to see it for myself. Went over to Tiffany, they didn't have the ring - but they had the necklace version of the ring kohl_mascara got, OMG  I want I want I want I WANT. And they had the Tiffany key too with the little yellow diamond in it as well, ohhh soooo sparkley! I reluctantly trudged away  Off to the meeting then, SO went for a walk around Oxford Street.

After my meeting then I wanted to check out the new Herve Leger store in London ... walked all the way down and it was closed!!! On the way back, passed by H Sloane St but didn't go in. We went back over to Harrods - I wanted to get some sweets in the Harrods candy store (they have the best jellies and sweets in there!) and I went upstairs to check out their Herve Leger dresses, nothing much to write about really, very limited stock.

Then we went back to the Wolseley for lunch - suuuuch a relief to sit down (our legs were sooo sore from going up and down millions of stairs in the London underground). Lunch was so nice there as well - if any of you are in London, I would defo recommend it! After that, SO brought me on a walk through Green Park (the park next to where the Queen lives!) and I got to see Buckingham Palace for the first time! I'd been to London a few times but had never gone to see the palace - WOW! Sadly, we did not get invited in for afternoon tea  Oh well! Then onward back to the airport and home.

OMG the plane ride home was nuts. Take off was scary, there was a cross-wind and the plane was blowing right to left. Then landing, the plane practically bounced off the runway!!! Such a rough landing. Anyway home now, and me and SO are absolutely exhausted. Just reading my post there - jees, we did tons today, no wonder we are so wrecked!!!

I'm sooo jealous that you were in LONDON! I love it there and cannot wait to go back.

Avril, get some sleep tonight, I do the same thing for flights, just worried I'll sleep through the alarm or something! Sleep well, sweet H dreams!

And yes, saw that reveal yesterday, looked just gorgeous on her. I saw the whole line in person at the Charlotte Tiffany back in Nov, just lovely. Great price points too! :graucho:

Hi Mree, restricter, purse, OB and pugs! :flowers:

Yep it was one insane day. So much going on and such lack of sleep. I couldn't believe all the Birkins I saw too (carried by women, not on the shelves at H!), I saw three or four, usually if I see ONE I'm like wow!

Pugsy - you've seen the yellow collection too? Oh they are amazing!

Right, I just jumped into bed, good night peeps :hugs:

Avril: Thanks for the heads up on the place. I will check it out. Today my bestfriend decided to come with me to London, so we will be three girls that are going for shopping, culture, fun and H. (They think I am nuts but they support me. :p )

Have a good rest and stay safe at home.

edit: How much is the ring? 5 Birkins or more? :p

Howdy, Peeps! Master Henry is gonna get a wing named after him at the new vet's office. He was back in again today--eye infection and double ear yeast infection. So, two drops per infection per day, and DH is out of town this week! Anyone want to come live with me for a week and help by sitting on a small dog? This is not shaping up to be fun.
Oh, and a blizzard has thoughtfully scheduled itself for this week, as well. DH fully expects to come home and find me prone on the floor, partially devoured by two dogs. Who take very small bites. It will take some time. Sigh.
So, is Chanel "Black Pearl" really pretty? I think it sounds right up my alley. May need to seek it out!
I have stuff spread out awkwardly over three closets on two floors. I dream of a room-sized closet with dedicated space for everything. Sommmmmmeday.
BBL, let us know how you are doing. That BP was scarily low. Sending vibes!

Thanks Mindi, That was my Blood Sugar level. What was scary about it, was I didn't feel any symptoms of low sugar. Also what is scary is the fact that I am not testing as often as I should because I am not eating right. So, I must be far more diligent in checking things I can.
Thank you so much for caring so much. Hugs to you!! And, the Henster.
Oh, speaking of ear infections. When Horatio used to get them and he got them very frequently and yeast.... I had to have a compounding pharmacy dispense glycerin mixed with nystatin to make ear drops.

Err, um, buggers? As in boogers? Err, uh, that's okay, thanks anyway, OB. Um, I'll just do Henry, that's fine, no problems here. . . . (*backing away slowly*)

Have I mentioned that I am squeamish about child effluvia? Don't know why, since clearly dogs have plenty of effluvia to offer, but. . . .

So much stuff comes out of babies and toddlers -- wherever there is an open hole or a hand or a foot. You just wouldn't believe what you have to remove from a child. You get over it. Now, with dogs and their various and sundry yuckiness, I have to deal with poodle eyes (and what DS so eloquently puts it: "eye snot." Charley doesn't really love it, but allows it. Herself, when I ask if she would like to have her eyes cleaned (or she hears the tissue being pulled from the box) jumps up onto a chair and lifts her little head for me. She used to hate it, now she is the very picture of compliance.
When we had Horatio, there was the issue of back side cleaning. It was, "Let's go to the bathroom, Rayshie!" And, he used to allow me to clean his little tushy in the bathroom (somebody had to do it.)
A mom does what a mom has to do.

I personally believe Fate watches me and has a laugh at my expense on a regular basis. I make my little "squeamish" post, and then IMMEDIATELY step into a pile of poo that Henry just deposited on the (carpeted) stairs. It was an urgent poo, IYKWIM, and I can't blame him--Based on the, um, pattern, I would say HenHen was booking for the back door and didn't make it. But man, oh man, oh man.

But, at least you didn't, heaven forbid, fall on it. That could have been really bad.

BBL, I'm such a dummy--I knew it was your blood sugar level, but typed BP anyhow. Forgive me. And start monitoring yourself more carefully, you! I, too, wipe the occasional puppy backside. You are so right--we moms do what we must! :D
Got the head mostly in front of the leg today (that is a more accurate description of what I do. The leg is supposed to go behind the head, but in my case, the head does rather a lot of work as well. Ah, well).
