Hi everyone! :sunshine:

Just popping in to say a quick hello, me and SO have had a really busy weekend. We went for a hike yesterday and today we were doing loads of household stuff - I went grocery shopping and then later we went to IKEA to get a giant bookcase. Poor SO has been assembling all evening! My legs are soooooooo sore from the hike yesterday. It was all downhill on the way, so on the way back it was all uphill, ugh!!! I thought we'd never get back to the car!! By the end of it, I could barely lift my legs up!

ck - it's not wrong at all that you are not crazy about the idea. Obviously I don't know what it's like to have a baby since I'm not a mother myself but I think that if I did have a baby, I would probably be thinking the same way as you are. He's your child, you decide what's best for him. Just because DMIL and DFIL want to take Collin overnight, doesn't mean that you have to let them do so, ya know? :hugs:

Hi. I hope you all had a lovely day. We went to Chevy Chase and I was on a mission. I had a $600 NM gift card in my wallet a GM on my mind. I do not do well with crazy bright colors, which is pretty much all they had. I found a navy and ciel Parures des Sables. It's a nice colorway and getting it for $600 off. I didn't get the bonus bracelet, though. They ran out yesterday. I also got an interesting charm. It's a silver H lock, but tiny with a chain. I'll take a photo later. I think it will look pretty on a Birkin or a Bolide. It's so pretty. I almost thought it was scarf ring.
Then off to Saks. I asked about the LV bag i saw in a magazine. I thought it was a frame Speedy, but it turns out to be a Sophia Coppola PM and it is coming in Cherry red!!!!. I love the SC bags, but they are so big, so I'm happy they are making a PM model. Yes, I am going to cheat on H, but I'm not going to find that red in a pretty bag at H for that price. . . and I'll have a gift card.

Oh, one more thing. There were giant, TGM?? cashmere/silk somethings that were very huge. The thing that got me, Op H. The weave was weird. It wasn't herringbone, but a plain weave and 70/30 ratio. And, it was fringed on the sides. I don't know what it was and who it was for. It wasn't for me but it was soooo pretty with those navy Hs and the lighter blue fields....

I didn't realize you could get a new handle on your bag at spa I've only got cleannings. Wow looks great!

BBL, did you happen to see any Ex Libris GM dip dyes at NM? I've got gift cards too :graucho: Yay for getting the GM $600 off!

CG, that's great! I'm doing my nails in my new favorite, Particulaire. Who'd have thought that a taupy greyish color would become my fav?

Lulilu, did you make it to Saks? And what did you get?:graucho: The double points always tempt me. I think my Saks is having their event on Mar 2...must be good, lotsa VCA and H scarves on my wishlist :sweatdrop:

OB, no, I didn't see any dip dyes, but I wasn't looking. Sorry. You can call. Angelika is there tomorrow. She was MIA today. Well, not really, she was off, and i missed her.

Thanks, BBL! I think there's a points/GC event coming up at my NM, so I was just curious if it was worth having an SA here do a search for one. Re the thread down below, I quit reading it. Meh, I've had no problems with my GMs, and since they don't want to hear about my experiences, isn't relevant to me anymore :D We love our favorite cracked up poster.

Good evening? it was 6 AM. That is still evening for me, the party girl.:happydance:
Up early two days in row is going to be bad. Tomorrow will be even earlier.
Hopefully hospital will have some sort of WiFi or I'll have to post on my Android.
