Calgary is open for appointments as well. Only 1 customer at a time (the store is very small & they have 4+ regular SAs + the SM) wearing mask & gloves (boutique will provide) and 45 minutes max. They also offer curbside pick up, but my SA implied that it was only for well-known clients (so staff would be comfortable taking cc information over the phone).
Could anyone please share if the quota has changed post-reopening at the Calgary location? I don't live there but I'm considering building a relationship with an SA there to earn a quota bag this year. Thanks in advance!
I don’t know about the quota, I’m curious too. I was offered my first quota bag ever from there last week after building a relationship with an SA for just under a year (including the 3 mos of Covid closure). I plan to ask my SA about quotas and will let you know what I hear! (I’ll be asking her in a month or so)
Yes please do share! I’d love to know too as I just recently started my H journey not too long ago. Could I kindly ask what your offer was and your spend ratio? Was your offer close to what you were looking for? I was told to be open to different combos to have a higher chance. Just curious as I hear different things!

I went in today and asked my SA and was told 1 quota per calendar year. Sometimes if you get a bag early on in the year say January, you may be offered year end around December, but really depends on what bag it is, availability, SM approval, etc. She said due to current halt/slowed down production from France, it has caused significant backlog and inventory shortage. Hope this helps to give some insight!

Does any of you know if the Calgary location lets you give treats to your SA during this time? I want to give mine a box of chocolate she can share with other members of the store as a thank you/holiday gift. But with COVID I’m worried they can’t take it?

Yes, they take it as long as it’s something they can share with rest of the SA
