I went to Hermes at Harrods today, it was quiet busy. I only wanted to get Oran sandals and my SA told me she did not have it in my size, I was so bummed, she checked her system and and nothing. She ask me to wait 15 minutes. She miraculous came back with my size!

Dropped by London Bond street at 10am as family and I have been up since 4 am due to jet lag.

Is it easy to find roulis in London? I am traveling to UK/Paris end of October and London will be my first and last stop, with Paris in between, I am debating whether I should try my luck in Paris first and then save London as a backup, or heathrow airport.

I just did some damage at the Bottega on Old Bond St earlier today. After some figuring with BV's euro prices and anticipated tax refund (using global blue calculator), it looks like it worked out about $30 USD cheaper to buy in London, versus Paris.
It's not a huge difference to me, and I have no particular attachment to the idea of buying Hermes in Paris. But I was wondering if the prices for Hermes work out better in GBP than euro currently, against the dollar?
If so, I was thinking I'd stop by and see what they had color wise for the Dogon wallet. I could use a travel wallet around now!

The Hermes online prices are a little cheaper in France: a swift Dogon is £1374 in France and £1430 in UK ( I did convert euros to Stirling)
You can easily check for yourself by changing the location of 'Find a Hermes store' to whichever country you are interested in and then click the 'buy onlne' option. (Make sure you check like for like)

I am looking to buy it in togo. So that would make it 1350 GBP versus 1470 euro. Thanks for the tips on toggling between the various country websites. I always just googled Hermes _____ (name of country) to try and get that country's online shop. this is much easier!
It is about $80 USD cheaper to buy in france. And about $500 USD cheaper than USA overall ($2200 USD pretax), and that's not even figuring in the VAT refund.
I am looking for a dogon in a neutral. i'm thinking etoupe, gold or etain. leaning towards etain since i feel i see a lot of gold and etoupe dogons, but not as much etain. are these colors fairly easy to find in paris? wondering if i should snap them up in london if i find them, or take my chances in paris...

I heard a funny story from my SA. She said some ppl are buying watches and fine jewellery to score a bag and then try to return the items afterwards! So now they don't offer bags with big purchases right away but wait until the return/exchange date is passed to avoid ppl doing this.
