I recommend going to Royal Exchange on a weekday morning or afternoon- it's in an area that's mostly offices (though there's a small shopping center now) so it's not terribly busy during work hours. It's conveniently just outside the tube stop too!

That's what I did on my last trip to London! It was a fun little challenge. My husband wasn't quite as thrilled with it as I was though. 😂

Agree with PT, try the writing section on the 2nd floor. You might end up buying more than you intended.
The silk postcards are gorgeous!For size 41 it should be fairly easy to get in store, especially it's winter now. I was looking for a pair of white Oran in size 36 during summer, it was sold out everywhere. I suggest you try the size in store, oran sandals are half size smaller or bigger, can't remember, they are not true to size

i did call the store today the sa said size 41 is sold out in UK and she advised if i find it online better buy and i can always return ... i haven't tried any h shoes before so would probably do that when i'm next to london
