They are rarely available but I asked my SA for one last week and by chance they had one delivered this week. It’s definitely who you know at NBS. Quota bags unfortunately they can’t fast track or put in a ‘good word’ anymore.
It's true, times like these. But I think I'll try to sign up for the wishlist at NBS now. Maybe it will work this time because I haven't been able to buy k25 for 2 years at Sloane😭

I think as with all things Hermes that the answer to that is “it depends how much you spend”!!

For most people that is the case - there is a separate team which manages bag allocations for the London (UK?) market, and everyone will tell you SA’s aren’t involved. I’m sure that rule developed to make the SA’s lives a bit more pleasant…

For some people who may have a special SA relationship either through their own history shopping there, their spend amounts, their SA seniority etc, I’m sure the experience might be slightly different.

Has anyone been offered a mini Constance in any London store since it was taken off the wish list. My SA said would keep an eye out by next visit which I have to book ahead of time. Can’t be reserved and sent an email to come pick it up, I was told.

It’s very surreal to be posting on this thread but since I’ve read it avidly over the past god only knows how many years whilst dreaming about one day owing a B or K I felt it only right that I shared my ‘journey’ too in case it helps encourage some other newbie just starting theirs.

I walked into H (NBS) for the first time ever this summer to brazenly register a wish list, I was gobsmacked to receive the email last week that they had received a match (159 days since registering my wish, not that I was counting!). Needless to say I arranged to go asap, accepted the offer and am now the very proud owner of a B25 Sellier, Gris Meyer, Veau Madame with PHW.
Hi! Congrats on the new bag!! She’s beautiful. Sorry I know you posted this a while ago but would you mind sharing a little about your purchase history before you got your wish fulfilled? I started my journey not too long ago and am looking for inspiration. Thanks in advance. :)

Hey Skiboy, to be honest I’m almost embarrassed (but also delighted 😅) to say my purchase history was almost zero! My only purchase was a bottle of perfume just after I registered my wish and that is it!
I hope that gives you some hope for your own journey. x

Congrats on your bag! Has anyone else had any luck this year getting a quota bag in London? I only ask as I’ve been waiting for my second wish for 16 months and have a decent purchase history. I’m not complaining as I know these bags are super in demand- just looking for a little encouragement.

Question: I think the UK

Congratulations! I have a question - Do they also accept the tourists to put a wish list in the store?

Thank you!

They'll take a wishlist from anyone. Usually, wishlists are a way of keeping most people happy and getting people out the store(s). They'll still give popular items to the same people they choose to - but if someone chooses something more irregular, then there's a chance - so long as you can get to the store to pick it up almost immediately.

This is super helpful. So, hypothetically speaking, if I get reached out that they do have a bag for me, and if I can be there within a week, is that a safe plan? Would "within a week" be reasonable?

I am looking for a B40, which may not be largely sought by most people.... Thank you in advance!

2nd question: The accounts in UK and US are not cross-checked, right? (I know that the US-French accounts are not cross-checked, including QBs.)

A 40 maybe a better request than the smaller sizes for sure.

It's more like a couple of days though, once in, they'll want it out.

A 40 B will still be the most popular men's size so it's likely to go to the 'next guy'. They also won't allow you to pay and keep it for you in the store, it has to be bought and collected almost immediately.
