I visited CP and Bond st the last 2 days. Both were packed. Almost got a bag at Bond St but the size was too big so I passed. The first 6 people got popular non-QB bags. I was #7 ugh!

Was served by a local SA (judging from the accent) at CP and a non-local one at Bond St.

While the SA at CP was so nice and courteous, the other one was snobbish and didn’t want to engage in conversation. The person doing the check-in on both floors were very nice and polite.

Would you mind sharing what sort of bags the first 6 people were offered?

Not sure how early these people got there & waited in the cold.

Do they offer anything else to black card customers eg, car parking, lounge, events? I watched Sophie Shohet on YouTube long ago and she didn't have a very good experience but just want to hear from others from TPF. TIA.

I don't shop at Hermes Harrods but I'm a black card member. The biggest benefit for me is the reward points that get transferred into cash to spend at Harrods. It's pretty generous when you're a black cardholder.

I’d agree that the points system is an advantage. I often make purchases there if they have the item I want. I’m not sure if I’d transfer my account to Harrods entirely though, as it’s super busy with many international high spenders. I’d imagine it must be near impossible to get a wish list birkin/ Kelly there but would be good to hear any success stories!

True but so far we have parking within RBKC so just park around the store. It's so much easier than being limited to 2 hours.

Has anyone tried their hand at getting a bolide 25 recently? I've tried the last couple of months even asking my SA but they keep saying that stock at the moment is non-existent. I've bought other items on my list I've left with my SA but so far no such luck with the bolide... I've started to think I'm delusional - as its certainly not the most popular bag in the UK.
