I often see garden parties being offered to walk ins in NBS so if they have one they will offer one. The mini Evelyn is much harder. When I got mine i was treated like it was a QB and was taken to a quiet area. When I have worn it in store since the SA’s have commented that they have not had them in store for a while but you can always ask.

Echoing what was said above, I have seen them offer Garden Party, Picotin in the open. I purchased a mini Evelyn two weeks ago but was taken to a quiet area as well.

Tough. They are in completely different locations and you need to go through security/passport control to access the shops in T5.
Having said that, I've never tried but maybe someone else has?

Not sure if Heathrow still has the personal shopping service, but if they do, you can try asking them if they can help facilitate your planned shopping.

Yes, I've walked in to cadogan place and was told in the loop was available that day, without prior purchasing anything, also saw other clients being shown the in the loop bag when asked.

The best way would be to reach out to the personal shopping service at Heathrow to arrange for a visit. You will need to arrive at the airport a good few hours before your flight to ensure they have enough time to take you there.

I did that on my last trip. Though it resulted in absolutely bubkus, so be warned. LOL!

I had planned to select a scarf or shawl on my current visit as a memento. Hermes at Harrods: just disappointing and rude. I ended up choosing a scarf from a different maker, which is a first for me.

I ended up going to the Hermès at Paris CDG instead and got exactly the bag I wanted with no games. First Hermès purchase— I almost missed my flight but honestly? Worth it to not have to deal with rude or evasive hosts or with the buggy and opaque mess that is the website.
