I just got back from London too but had a very different experience with shopping. I think I managed to shop more at Heathrow vs the actual stores in the city because there were no queues.

NBS - went on a Saturday, there was a queue for all departments except scarves - I wanted scarves anyway so managed to do a bit of browsing

Sloan/CP - I chose this store based on local members opinions for online order/pick up...I had to join the queue just to pick up my items, luckily I went early in the day on a Thursday before noon so didn't wait that long

Harrods - unfortunately the SA I dealt with didn't want to really help me so left without buying anything
When I went to NBS they weren’t even taking any more names for the shoes department. I heard the SA tell the lady in front of me in the queue that they aren’t able to put anyone on the queue for shoes because others have already been waiting for a very long time to see the shoes SAs! Crazy.

I’ve also been to Harrods and Selfridges. Harrods - long queue as well. Selfridges - no one even came to ask us what we were looking for, all SA’s were busy.

Hi all!

I recently got a Kelly 25 in Etoupe from the Sloane Street store in London and I am now after a Picotin. Does anyone know whether the London stores tend to have any in stock?

Thanks!!
Lol. Sometimes I wonder if people are naive or simply clueless … anyway.
I highly doubt any member has that sort of intel.
Your best shot is to ask your SA to add the picotin to your wishlist

Hi everyone, just wondering if Royal Exchange will have bags for sale? Not after a QB just need a GP for work and I don’t mind waiting for a bit. Selfridges and NBS are too crowded for my liking and CP is a bit out of the way for me. I recently moved to London so haven’t been in any of the stores

Went to both NBS and Selfridges today and only had to wait about 30 min but no luck on finding a Picotin in a neutral colour.

You have to buy other stuff in order to get bag offers (even for non-quota bags). I was there in April and no bags were “available” (meaning they’re not available to some clients. I wasn’t looking for a quota bag (BKC are overrated in my opinion lol).

It’s unbelievable that NBS (a big store) carried 0 bag inventory.

Picotin might be very popular at the moment but they did offer a roulis mini before I bought anything else so I think it really is a game of luck! I’ll keep my fingers crossed.

I went to Harrods and CP today. Never bought in London before and no relationship with a specific SA.

Harrods: no queue but no Picotin in 18 or 22. The lovely SA I had did say she had the bigger sizes. Didn’t ask to see them as I really want a 22. She told me they hadn’t received any stock this week so far. Someone was offered a bag while I was there but didn’t see which one! I hope she enjoys it :)

CP: no queue either, but they told me they had no handbag at all, only wallets (and maybe some of the bags for men). The SA I was assigned was nice but not as attentive as in Harrods. When I got there, a lady was arguing with a SA, telling him her friend told her they had received bags recently. She left without a bag.
