From a reseller lol. What's really surprising is that I have seen the Birkin 35 being sold for 20k in gold on resellers websites so you are right probably not impossible but just hard to get xx

I would take anything resellers say with a mountain of salt :lol: If they told you ‘it’s impossible to get these specs in stores’ you would be much more likely to buy from them at a grossly inflated price right?

B35s definitely do not go for that high even in brand new conditions, I’ve seen BNIB B30s Gold sold for ~£17.5k from big auction houses (including buyer’s premium and any fees).

Yes I agree completely. I feel prices at auction are better than resellers!

Hi everyone! This probably has been discussed countless times but wanted to share my story and get everyone’s opinion.
I’ve started shopping in NBS in August, first time I didn’t sadly click with an SA but still got shoes and a piece of RTW. I also asked to put myself on the wish list for a QB but then I never spoke with that SA again.
I met my SA shortly after and I believe we have a great rapport - I’ve shopped with her also for some shoes, home & RTW and I’ve been offered a non-QB which I gladly accepted. I love Hermès RTW , shoes and home so I honestly buy for my own pleasure.
But I do of course want a QB and a few days ago we had a nice talk where she told me that SAs don’t really have a say in who the bags are allocated to. I asked whether it’s better if she changes my wish so she’s the one “associated” with my wish (rather than the other SA), but she said she wouldn’t advise to do it cause that would just move myself down the queue. She was really nice and said it’s feasible to get a QB with the system like it is.
Did anyone have a similar experience?

At this point I have no clue how the wish list works, I’m about to be on wish list no 3 (non fulfilled with prior 2). My SA says the same and I’ve had no luck. Hope you get your wish soon!

I just got back from London and I went to the boutiques in NBS and Sloane, honestly the queues are insane, anyone going there should expect at least an hour waiting just to speak to a SA. I just didn’t have that amount of time to spare just waiting for my turn so I ended up just browsing for a few minutes and leaving. Both boutiques were very crowded. I had high hopes of finding a mini Roulis but my hopes were crushed lol! I’d say any hope of finding any bag is near impossible in London right now!

Did you happen to visit the boutiques on a weekday or the weekend out of interest?

I agree the queues are insane. I was on a Friday, before noon at NBS and Selfridges and it is uncomfortably hectic and crowded - didn't have much time so left without buying anything.

Saw something looking like a green Picnic Birkin being offered at S.

I just got back from London too but had a very different experience with shopping. I think I managed to shop more at Heathrow vs the actual stores in the city because there were no queues.

NBS - went on a Saturday, there was a queue for all departments except scarves - I wanted scarves anyway so managed to do a bit of browsing

Sloan/CP - I chose this store based on local members opinions for online order/pick up...I had to join the queue just to pick up my items, luckily I went early in the day on a Thursday before noon so didn't wait that long

Harrods - unfortunately the SA I dealt with didn't want to really help me so left without buying anything
