Hi, after using my Kelly to-go for couple months I just noted there is a flaw on the leather where another piece of leather was glued to it to make a complete leather piece. The issue that I am having is the second piece of leather starts to detached from it. Can I return to store to get it look at and fix? I misplaced my receipt and will this be a problem?

You don’t need a receipt to take bags to the spa

So noone can make a wish at all? Is this true for all the London stores?
I think the wish list may be open in some stores? I am not in the market for a new B/K at the moment but am looking for a small shoulder bag. When I was recently at my usual store (Selfridges) and it seemed possible to put down a wish for a Constance (I haven’t done that though, as I don’t want a C)

If an SA ordered a product for you online will that purchase be counted towards your profile or no?

I believe it does count to your history as you are paying for the item in store and it is delivered to them. That’s what my SA told me when I said that I try avoid shopping online as it doesn’t count towards my spend and that I’m happy to wait until stock arrives. Next app I will be doing online orders with them

Do you need to make an appointment for the London stores or can you just turn up? I only have 3 hours in London in September

Appointments are usually for existing clients.

Just go early in the morning (like 10am). By th afternoon all stores are pretty busy.

In NBS, Harrods and sometimes Selfridges too, you'll have to see the 'Host' to register and they'll call you. It can be 10 mins, can be an hour.

Exceptions are usually, women scarves and mens' (NBS).

This is what I heard from all stores

harrods forget it. There is no actual wishlist overthere. Mainly here is a market for resellers who buy quite a lot on upsale items

sloane is easiest store to get bags. They seem not active in cross-selling in this store. My SA told me not all people love everything that H made but they just want a bag and this is understandable. It is a good store to make wish and if you are ok to wait (yes with no spending required and u just keep sending email to remind them Or visit). you may get lucky. I know many ppl who got free quota bags from them with no spending at all. The best wish should be B30 in classic colours as there have them in almost delivery. My Sa also told me that if your wish expire come back to do it again. Until the third wish they will make it priority to you ( do not need to buy anything in this store if you do not really want to spend. They treat all the same unless you are willing to spend big ticket)

Selfridges gives free bags as well. They seem have nice bags to offer. However they may ask you to spend too.

Bonds street I No idea but I heard there give free bags as well due to flagship having more stock.

RX is too small. Do not waste time with them.

my opinion: make a wish a Sloane as this store is easy and they do not do cross selling to you. Keep reminding them and you may have a lucky with them. I know many friends who spent substantial amount at sloane but get quota bag after people who do not spend any penny there. it is truly a waiting game rather than spending game there.

good luck!
