I don't know for sure but my SA always seems keen to order things like RTW and shoes for me so I'm guessing they get some credit...

On a more general note, and for those still waiting on quota bags, it feels like the London boutiques are doing their best to make offers happen before Christmas. I got a surprise call from my SA today about a wish that I thought had expired! She didn't share the details of the bag so I guess I'll find out when I visit the boutique... I'm quite surprised because in the past I received formal emails with the specs of the bag.

This is not directed at you hun, but I really wish people would get over this pre-spend before being offered a quota bag mentality… everyone’s Hermes journey is different so it‘s best to focus on your own journey, buy what you truly love and want enjoy the brand and stop obsessing over time frames/spending thresholds/maintaining CA relationships etc.

Completely agree. I spent well over the price of the bag since my last offer, but (rightly or wrongly) I don't really keep track. I just buy what I'll enjoy using regardless of whether a bag comes, and I honestly didn't think a bag would come this year!

I'd wished for a dark neutral K28 or K25.

K28 noir GHW - which I ultimately turned down because it's too close to another bag I own. Never thought I'd be the person to write this and it's taken me a while to write it, but given how low stock has been this year, I didn't want to risk leaving the boutique with a bag I wasn't really excited about.

May have been a mistake but at least my SA is now 100% certain that I'm not a reseller! Time will tell whether this works out in my favour or not!

That is literally my dream bag!!!! May I ask if it was sellier or retourne? But, I totally understand not buying a bag if it doesn't makes your heart sing. No matter how scarce Hermes bags may be- they still have to be just right for you x
