I asked this and was told that it will be appointment or queuing (at my home store at least) because they were limiting the client numbers to 12 at a time in store.
That’s also my understanding, even because after my recent offer my SA suggested I should place my next wishlist at NBS because I would be able to get a more special offer. They all know I buy at both stores and, since I already have a fair collection, I’ve been quite specific lately.

Sorry, I was talking about the wishlist and quoted the wrong answer.

Does anyone know if a la carte offers started going out for Sloane street OR NBS boutique? My SA did promise to let me know but haven’t yet. So excited for all your ladies and gents that got to place the a la carte early!

Thanks for your reply! If your friend was able to make her wish list at one store and amend at another, then which store would call your friend to let them know their wish has been completed?
I am in contact with several SA’s because I started my Hermes Journey during lockdown and was in contact with several stores which I have made purchases from. Hopefully when I meet them I will be able to focus on just one SA which I am very excited about!

Cadogan store will call her. What counts is the place where she created the wishlist.

Does anyone know if you can book an appointment in one of their London store without purchase history or would I need to queue up?
Can I just phone one of the stores up?
I'm completely new to the brand and we are coming out of lockdown so can try and want to get an item (not a handbag).

My understanding is its her home store (Cadogan) that will contact her because thats where she placed the wish with her regular SA
when I was shopping with her in Selfridges they looked up her details to look at her profile and she asked if they could see her wish and could she amend it slightly as she didn't now want one of the colours she had listed.
But the decision to make an offer comes via her regular SA at the branch she is with because it has to be from their inventory.

Thanks for the reply and explaining, really interesting to hear about the process. Hope your friend gets her bag soon! I will have to decide which store to do my wish list but it seems it really is luck as all the London stores will offer a B or K!

Yes Luck has much to do with it as my assistant with zero purchase history got their wishlist bag offer after only 3 months.
Their mother is a BIG client but not at the same store so I doubt that has anything to do with it as their family name is not unusual and they live in different cities.
Its all about luck timing and how much you resonate with the SA.
IMHO

I also have a friend who bought a few things on one visit not amounting to a lot and got offered a B after a few months!

I was wondering the exact same thing as there are some homeware items I’d like to pick up. Any advice for this Hermes novice would be greatly appreciated xx
