Does anyone know please if any of the London boutiques are able to post small items out? My DH bought me the mini Ulysse notebook cover (in turquoise!! So surprised as I didn’t think this was a current colour) for Christmas but the refill for the mini isn’t available on UK H.com. I spoke to customer services who said there are several in London, in particular NBS but I’m getting a centralised call centre when I try to call them and no return call as yet.
I can go to London but at this time of year a 120 mile round trip for some paper is a bit of a pain!

I’m afraid I can’t answer your question, but I wish you had posted earlier as I was in NBS today and would have been happy to purchase the refills and send to you!

Good luck!

I think you can also have it transferred to another H nearer to you,

You will be considered a regular customer if you choose one store and make purchases there whenever you are in town. I know that Cadogan and Bond St have and welcome good, long term customers who do not necessarily live in the UK. Selfridges and Harrods being tourist destinations as you pointed out, would generally require one for one type of spend per bag. Much higher even for exotics.

I was told very bluntly by NBS that as we don't live permanently in the UK we are not welcome customers - this is why they threatened to give away my special order if I did not fly there immediately/wire them money. My SA was almost fired for giving me an SO. DH was told the same thing: "We don't give special client treatment to people who don't live here." Note that DH and I have spent many thousands at NBS and did at that time consider it our home store (we are in London at least once a month for a week or so).
NBS is far, far, far and away the worst H experience DH and I have ever had.
Cadogan is a different story - they are lovely there.

Wow that is very harsh.. How could they know if you are not a resident of UK? is it because you claim for tax refund?

Just collected my latest SO there and I have no issues with the Bond St store. I will continue to support them and also visit London regularly.

Yep, they are jerks.

They know because we were customers for a long time until their policy "changed".
I got a PM that someone posted a nasty remark here about what we could have done wrong - we did nothing "wrong". We were valued customers to the point of placing Horizons orders, then there was a "management change".

It was a horrible and hurtful experience. I appreciate the support very much.
