Hermes Blacklist?

You can not buy anything at Hermes. The ban can also be global. Yet, I am unsure whether a ban would extend to brands owned by Hermes, but I doubt anyone who’s banned would be shopping at the others John Lobb, St Louis, etc… anyways.
I discovered Mel's video today and I stand with Hermes.
She already had so called "dream" Hermes bags before and I think she sold one of them, so what is she complaining about? Not having one Hermes bag every six months? What's so special about an Hermes bag if you get that many and even resell them?
If I was so obsessed about the brand, I wouldn't sell it for the world.
And then, she blame it on Hermes for being too exclusive, elusive, or whatever you call them?
That's their job!
I don't understand those who claim universal love and selfless feelings from Hermes. There is volunteer work for that, there are soup kitchens. That's what Karl Lagerfeld used to say to those criticizing the fashion world for being exclusive.
It would be amazing if, let's say, Chanel made a bag that costs 500 USD making it affordable even for people who don't have that much money to spend on a bag, but it's also the price of a Chanel bag that makes it so special.
You either buy that bag or not. Simple as that.
Same thing for Hermes. They clearly say everything about those bags and you can choose if you like to shop there, if you agree with their "policy" and if you want that bag or not.
I don't like anything from Hermes, so I wouldn't go there and pretend I need a plate, an ugly bag or a bracelet, like many people do, just to have one day a Birkin or a Kelly BUT if I really liked Hermes items and if I wanted a Kelly or a Birkin, I would know what to do.

no I don't buy the same item and i do not resell as well. the only same item i bought is a bride a brac but in different color.
You should call the customer service phone number and see what’s up. “risk management” sounds like suspected fraud with your shipping address or the credit card. Hopefully they’ll be able to give you exact details.
I hope it's easily remedied. If as acrowcounted suggests, it's a cc issue, it might be easily rectified.
I called CS and they told me that they do not know the reason because the checking is automated. They told me to try again but I already did and it failed several times. They even told me that my account is fine and just try to go to the store to purchase. I just want an As De Coeur bracelet and it's not available in my local store.
Your SA in the store can order it from the website for you if you go into the store in person.
yes I did but I had to call customer service so they can like manually confirm my order.
How annoying! They really have us jump through hoops to buy their products!
