How do you know these items aren't counterfeit?
She posts her shopping at the boutiques, try ons and then sells with receipts. I don't know if they are legit..I don't buy from her..I just notice how frequently she "changes her mind" Always on IG stories..it'll be a post about how " I changed my mind about the RG love bracelet instead of the Gold I got..so selling this one" etc.

I’ve been following purseonfleek for a while. She seems a bit unhinged. I know she speaks frequently about how much she loves the Hermes brand, but it feels more like an obsession.

I used to think she was super rich but after watching the video, She has so many unboxings, but a lot of times they’re just small items, and the times she unboxes bags, she tends to sell them shortly after (sometimes before the video is uploaded). This makes me believe she’s just a normal person like me.

I do think Hermes has treated her badly, but the reality is she’s not really an important customer to them no matter how often she spends.
Even hundreds of thousands of dollars is a drop in the water for them.

She keeps posting videos about how Hermes has wronged her hoping to gain traction, but at the end of the day, the brand really doesn’t care.

Being banned is probably a blessing in disguise for her. No one needs to spend this much energy on a dumb corporation.

She’s definitely not rich. I think she was previously caught selling all manners of things on her E-bay store including H ribbons, boxes and freebies. She also seems to be constantly selling off things to fund new purchases. I found it ironic that she kept going on about how she was caught reselling a lipstick (subject of her first warning letter) when in reality, she’s sold so many other things openly, including her first quota bag from H. I’m surprised she wasn’t blacklisted before now.

I don’t think she’s bothered by it to be honest. She knows she was probably never going to be offered another QB ever after the last situation with her former SA. She made the video for views for the people who love to hate watch her channel. And it worked, she has pages of discussion on this forum.
Oh I think shes very bothered by it, to the point of being in denial. She continued to shop at her local H after last years meltdown and even preordered items, clearly hoping she’d at least be able to get coveted non quota bags there. Toward the end of the video she makes a huge deal out of saying she has connections in Europe so she can still easily get everything she wants there, but that she isn’t giving another cent of her money to Hermes Australia…as though not buying something from Sydney is her choice and not the full exact point of the letter they sent saying they’d never sell her another thing. She also went into great detail of her attempts to circumvent the ban via different world Hermes websites, differnt user names and doesn’t understand why those orders were blocked. She’s also been on one of the FB groups asking for SA referrals in Hawaii… I don’t know, she may get views from these videos but I can’t imagine it’s worth anywhere near the amount of money that it would take me personally to publicly burn down the reputation of my name and make me the laughing stock of the luxury world.

Let's move away from one person and a YouTuber or continue the discussion here:

I don't know how long the sign has been up in the Sydney store, but last week I noticed at the counter when paying for something, they have a sign up now saying something along the lines of...if we feel you are reselling or purchasing with intent for reselling, then service will be declined.
I was a little happy seeing that sign, even though I know there's many people that will get around it, but at least it's a good step forward to say they are watching, and hopefully doing something about it.

So this is annoying... I searched for "sandals" on H.com and then did a mouse hotkey to open in new tab 3 different styles that came up and now I got this message, "You have been blocked." I sent a message but geez... you can't even browse the website too fast for those that are power users of their computers?

Blacklisted and blocked are two different things (although I'm sure it feels awkward).

I got this message whilst scrolling back and forth over the new cosmetic releases to look at the colours.
I laughed because trust me I was doing it at a snails pace..choosing a lip or nail colour from an online image takes me WAY longer than choosing a pair of shoes!!!
