There was a comment in another thread and it was discussing being black listed from future quota bags for selling a birkin that was used and OP was unhappy with. People were asking OP to send more information via private message. Did anyone get more information on this?

If someone is a high net worth client who sends stuff to resale to clean out her closet, that’s entirely different from an individual who flips for profit or to be able to afford to keep shopping. . . Hermes does have client relations departments and presumably can tell the difference.
Having said that, I’m sure there are long standing clients who do sell their offers. . . Even if we wish they would leave them in the boutique for others. However, it’s not like a bag is an orphaned puppy, and the average joe is unlikely to get a faubourg offer tomorrow bc a super VVIP has decided she has enough lol
