I like quite a few. cws, I think they did a great job considering it's such a complex scarf, so will revisit, but I had to have the red. Sometimes when the whole design (and in this case story) is really important and it's busy too I'm more drawn to the more tone-on-tone. I also had 'buy real red scarf' on my list so it was great to be able to cross that off my list.
Do you have it already? Can you model it for us, pretty please? You make a good point about the tone-on-tone making it a less busy scarf; I hadn't thought of that.

I very much like the Della cavalleria Finesse because it is a nice fall green but the white implies it can be worn all year long. I love the way the model tied it so it ripples (anybody who can clue me into that -- is it the waterfall knot? I am seriously knot challenged since I rely on the basic fold.

I think if you just bias fold it and make sure the folded part faces out you'll get this effect.

My Sears Kenmore which is 50 years old has a foot pedal which is pressed to power the machine. However, it scoots around the carpet underneath -- there's fix for this, I know -- so I feel your pain, vildachya.

Ya. Pesky electric foot pedals are no problem but my grandma had the ooooold fashioned kind she used all her life where the rocker pedal ran the machine. No electricity. I was never able to Coordinate myself to work it..

I don't usually go for this size, but I really liked this one. It doesn't hurt that it's a cashmere blend lol. Looking forward to seeing the other in this format (Ex Libris?).

Yes - the Ex Libris is the other cashmere blend. The red colorway and the burgundy ought to be very pretty in cashmere. The Brides de Gala is the normal silk.
