I returned my CW 06 and ordered CW 12 because in the end, 06 seemed too dark on me except in 2 ties which I don't want to limit myself to and when I will wear the 90's in cool weather a lot of my cool weather clothes are black or grey. Plus I love purple, and since it did turn out to be actual purple rather than the pale lilac-y blue of the website mod shot, I think it'll be good. Honestly, a lot of the CW's are nice (the red one is a second choice) and I think it's going to just be a matter of finding "your fit". I'll be eager to see mod shots of CW 05 with the blues and greens (though that's not a color combo I'd fork over for in a scarf, many people will and I expect that one to look pretty fabulous on people too). I thought I saw 05 on the US website yesterday???

I ordered CW 05 from US website, and will be sure to post pics as soon as I have it in hand! [emoji3] I also love CW 12 because I think the colors are so interesting. However, my best color is green (eyes green) - cool or minty, but not olive. Second best is blue, so I immediately recognized 05 to be my'fit'. Papertiger totally enabled my purchase with the hilarious interpretation about the mystery woman's head! I knew I must have it after reading that and can't wait until it arrives!

I pricked cw 12 for several reasons: the combination of colors really appealed to me, it has a bunch of black in it (my little scarf collection is seriously lacking black!) and I'm really into purple and lilac right now? Not sure how that happened, but I don't mind :amuse:
My store is yet to receive the new season scarves, so I have not seen any of the other cws irl yet, but 03 (red), 07 (blue/turquoise) and 15 (coral) all look promising to me.
(I'm not a "one cw per print" kinda gal :biggrin:)

My homestore received some new scarves- no Acte III, a few Letter scarves, Selle Dignataire, and Jeu de Soie.

I was super excited to try the SdD scarf- the one with the orange border but that border absolutely did not work on me. I loved the rest of the scarf though.

Also, I know there was some question about 70s being available in the US- my store had several of the Cercle scarf.

I have some new Baobab Cat twillies on hold for when my SA gets back (CW 07). I think they will look great with Gold.

Still eagerly awaiting Acte III and the men’s scarves plus 140s.

@yodaling1 posted mod shots of several cws, including 07, on page 99! It looks gorgeous, but I worry it may be too similar to cw 12 to justify getting both? :confused1: Anyone who can chime in on this?

Cw 12 has plenty of minty & cool greens! You should check it out!
My husband has green eyes, and it looked great when I held the scarf up next to his face/eyes! :biggrin:

I chose 12 because I wanted it from the very first pix and was stalking the website till it appeared. I'm also interested in the same three you mentioned, but they have yellow hems which doesn't sound so good to me.

Yes, 05 is on the US website.
It looks like a lot of scarves I already have, LOL, green and blue, and I am not attracted to the yellow hem. Also the SMILING model gives me the creeps for real.

Looking forward to seeing folks' modshots of this CW. Agree the picture on H.com is not very flattering, I wonder if this is one that will surprise IRL? It's happened before!

Haha - Oh, I am so weak! TammyPrincess77, you and your green-eyed hubby are to blame because I just ordered CW 12 as well. Between 12 and 05, the first I love with my heart and the second with my head because I believe it will suit me best. I will know immediately when I see them both IRL which one will be the keeper. And wow, I also like 04 a whole lot! It would make make a very pretty Christmas scarf!

I agree, thanks to everyone who posts modeling shots. I am going to continue to rely on seeing pictures here before I make my final decision. I am trying very hard to be sensible.:angel:

I have quite a number of the colors on my list to consider and to narrow down at some point. CW 12 is on my list as are the three you mention.
