Sometime lurker, first time poster

Got this beauty at my local Hermes boutique yesterday. I have a small wrist at about 15cm, but I wanted the 46mm size because of the larger screen (reaching for the reading glasses more these days.....)

I tried on the Double Tour strap that I really wanted to love, but it was delivered without a keeper loop, so for me really just a fashion item not for day-to day wear. I also tried on the Kilim strap that was quite unwieldy on my small wrist with the deployment buckle.

So I settled on a regular leather strap (with a couple of extra holes punched in). Not the biggest fashion statement, but should give me lots of wear. And, hey, the watch itself is alot to look at!

Still looks lovely! Hope you enjoy it! Can I ask what size strap they gave you? Since you bought a 46m did they give you a 45 or 46m strap?

Thank you! I got the watch at the Toronto boutique. The box for the strap says 45mm. Didn't think check that at the time -- would the strap be a different size or is this just packaging?
Ah! I’m from Toronto! But I live in London and I bought from a London uk boutique and I got a 41 for a 42 watch. Haven’t opened as yet. I think the difference will be very very minimal and not perceptible. I have a theory that on the website Hermes is calling their bands 42 / 46 for their single tour ones but selling the 41/45s. I wanted leather though so I’m just going to stick with it.

I saw that all the old size bands will fit these newer watches. Which is great that there is still flexibility, particularly for Hermes straps!

Yes, I figured you might be from Toronto, given your user name 😉

My 45 mm leather band looks fine to my eyes, wide enough to not look dainty beside the 46mm watch, but not so big that it overwhelms my wrist (which was actually the case with the Double Tour strap).
