I am checking this on the fly before my kids go to bed, and I can't remember how your criteria differs from whoops. If these have already been mentioned or don't fit your needs, I apologize![]()
settings arent that expensive. it's the diamond that is expensive. i would invest more on the diamond.
Lec - have you also looked at august vintage rounds or old mine cuts? They are also amazing options and would look fantastic in your setting if you want a vintage feel
Yep. Most "even" numbers are. 1ct. 1.25ct. 1.5ct. 1.75ct. 2ct etcIs there a premium for 1.5 carats? Because I know once the diamonds hit the one carat mark..then it jumps up significatly versus a .9 carat. So I wonder if 1.4 carat would be a little less than the 1.5 carats? LOL
Oh yea. KNOWING stuff complicates it. I was in charge of my replacement and I had wished I had known much less.Haha my poor bf! He asked me if I had gotten the previous stone we saw, would I have been happy if he chose it. I said yes, of course cause he chose it! I think he sometimes regrets all the research I've done because it complicates it.
