Mwahaha, someone just bumped an old thread where you said that 2 carats is way too big for you. I love how perspectives change. I now say you should definitely go for one of the 2.1 G VS2 type stones. Keep looking and don't settle! Good luck...can't wait for beautiful pics!![]()
honeybeez said:Wow... All excellent? Then i guess it is the best choice among all. Amazing!!!! So is that meaning u need to top up 30percent of 59k which is about 17.7k? If u have the budget, y not choose the best of all.
Did the sa just give u the stats when u asked for it?
That helps Ame! - now I know why the huge jump in price with this one! It's pretty much the most expensive one on my little list even though it's not the largest. I attributed it to VS1 but I think it's just an exceptional performer.
Yes I did see it in real life and it is a STUNNING stone. I mean in the store they all look stunning! It's gorgeous. I had sort of put it out of my mind b/c it was the most expensive but now I'm kind of looking at it like a really rare treasure and I have to admit I kind of want it more!
The $59K is the price of the ring... my 1.5 would be subtracted from it so it'll be about 30 out of pocket. Pretty much doubling the price. That it makes you say it's pretty remarkable makes me want it more!! I know how picky you are about diamond stats! I just didn't know how rare this one was...
The 1.94 G VS2 got a couple of "goods" and a couple of "very goods" and ended up around 3. something.
Now I'm really curious about the 2.10 G VS2... I don't have the cert yet but it's $56 I think.
I would see what you can find out about the 2.10 G/VS2 but that one you got the remarkable "Score" on seems to have gotten to you. So keep that in the race. Set it off to the side and then go through the others. When you narrow them all down, pick the one you love the most with your eyes. See what else can get pulled for you. Then go in and see them all at once with the data all there, eliminate any that don't do anything for you in person. Then enter the numbers and see waht kind of score you get. That will help.
