I would say go for the cosmetique - it is a great style and easy to get in and out of with the rounded top and flat bottom. I also have the poche toilette 15 - it's the rectangular small makeup pouch. I use it for extra credit cards and receipts, but it's also great in a small bag for just lip goss, powder, etc. Both have the washable lining. I personally wouldn't use my Pochette accessoires for makeup - rubbing inside a larger bag all the time could wear it out and then I wouldn't want to use it for a small handbag anyhow, but that's just me.
