My fiance bought a bag in Heathrow, T5 the other day, and he was so impressed with the service! He was on the phone with me for a bit while trying to find out what I wanted, and I could hear the girl helping him was doing a great job and that they were actually having a good time looking at the bags (and that's really impressive for a man who isn't keen on shopping).

He was told that he/I can call a week before getting there if there are any special bags I/he wants to have a look at, and then they will ensure they are in stock.

hi, is anyone able to tell me the price of the east west bayswater at T5? and do they usually have stock or do I need to place a booking? I'm looking to buy a black one. thanks!

Does this mean we can 'order in' stock to T3 as well?
Also, is the discount by 17 percent?
I'm flying through T3 soon and would be interested in knowing the stock!

I would think the T3 shop is the same as in T5 - but the best would probably be to call and ask them :)

I have no idea about the discount - but AFAIK it's the English VAT which is the amount, you are discounted in the airport. I don't remember what it is ATM.

Hi everyone, I am planning a trip abroad next month and was thinking of having a splurge in Mulberry at the airport. Does anyone know about the stock they carry? What is the discount? Just the VAT?

I was thinking of a Bayswater in Foxglove...........too pink??

I spoke to them about a possible purchase a few weeks ago and the discount worked out to be around the 17% mark. I believe that if you are resident in a different country, you may be able to claim back additional tax whilst you are at the airport...
The shops are quite small and tend to carry the key items in limited colour choices.

Yes my DH bought me a Bayswater yesterday and it was not quite 20% off but still a good discount. He said there was quite a lot of stock at Terminal 3. Sometimes the SAs give wrong information as I called before asking about the Black Buffalo shine and the SA insisted that they WOULD NOT have it. However my hubby saw it in the window display! He went for NVT anyways I think.
