Can you buy tax free at Mulberry Heathrow if you are from an Union European country?

I believe the prices are the same for every passenger regardless of destination ie even within the EU you will get the discount

And yes they also have January sales at the airport, the bags will go to the sale price and then tax free from there

So this is probably a really simple question but...does it matter which part of the flight you're on when you stop in? What I mean is, I'm flying to the US and back but only on the return journey am I going through Heathrow. Will I still get the discount as I won't be leaving the UK, only returning?! Many thanks!

The shops are in the departure lounge, so unless you are flying out of heathrow you will not have any access to the shops. Landing in heathrow just means a quick hello to passport control and then you're out.....

It's alright, better to get that straightened out now and not as I'm anxiously looking for ways to get to their shop at the airport!

Next time we plan our flight I'll make sure we fly OUT and not IN to HRW!

Hi there I haven't purchase but you can ring the store at the airport and ask prices. I just asked for a sbs price (£595 in shop) and was told £495.83 at LHR.
