I'm absolutely FURIOUS! I bought a Celine box bag 4 months ago and didn't use it and recently I compared it with my friend's bag...the dust bag, logo, the 2 hoop where you loop the shoulder strap in and the part where is says made in Italy looks totally different! I didn't believe it until I looked at my other friend's dust bag...same thing! The website's dust bag is so thin and cheap looking! I don't know why I didn't check thoroughly to begin with! Now I'm stuck with a fake bag that costs me $1795!!!! I always wondered why is their crap so cheap now I know! They really do sell fake bags!!!! I've been a long time customer from that site! I'll provide my purchase history at the end of this rant! But anyways, I think their other things are real but seriously this Celine box bag is FAKE FAKE FAKE!!! They wouldn't want to resolve this issue and did say they'll provide a certificate to proof it's real! Seriously I think their certificate is fake as well! I felt like I've been lied to ! I can't believe I got cheated on! I'm going to see what I can do to get my money back! I've been nothing but a good customer but I got gypted big time! I don't think I"ll be shopping with them anymore due to the fact that I got scammed! Here's my purchase history to show you guys how long of a customer I was. I will also update the result in the coming weeks. Stay tuned for that folks!

Please let me know how this turns out for you... there are a few of us on here with questionable Chloes from Amuze; I had purchased mine as part of a final sale and do not want to be stuck with a potentially fake bag.

So I called Amuze and told them I'll get a third party authenticator to take a look into this bag and if they agree with me that it's fake with a certificate then they might think about my request for returns. I paid real authentication to take a look at my bag and came back the bag to be authentic. I was kinda shocked, maybe the bag I got was a bad batch but I must admit I don't really own any Celines so perhaps my judgment was false? Anyways I think I'll stick to buying small things like shoes, accessories etc... from Amuze except their bags...I remember I did buy a YSL sac du jour nano from them once and there was tiny holes in the inside of the bag. I kept it anyways because I thought I got a good deal. Overall I feel like their bag quality isn't that great, maybe that's why they're selling it for so cheap? Or maybe it could be fake. To this day I still feel like my Celine box bag is a fake even though I had an authenticator to look at it...

This company is terrible - buyer beware. I started order in January. I bought a total of 6 bags ( 3 Prada, 1 chole, 2 Saint Laurent)band 2 pair of shoes ( Jimmy Choo boots and Christian Louboutin pumps). I automatically had suspicions about the Louboutins they just didn’t look to be the correct quality and there were light dirty marks inside as well as light / faint scratches on the sole. I called and they assured me they were real but would allow a return due to the other issues. Next issue, the Chole Faye bag - it had what appeared to be teeth marks or some indentation on the sueded - they offer a return or refund or an additional 5% ( big whoop) if I kept it. I compared the bag to one from Nordstrom and the quality seemed different the color of the lining was different and the dust bag was made of different material. It left me again Wondering about authenticity. I returned it . Next issue one of the Prada bags was sent without the cards ... and I was told “ Prada bags don’t come with authenticity cards” ... wth. Not true at all - I returned that too. No card - I sale. That was not my first Prada bag - I know it should have had a card. Not to mention the other 2 Prada bags from site did come with cards m.

Well I posted one of the bags for sale on Tradesy and it was returned because it was not authentic ! Tradesy could not authenticate the bag ...

Saint Laurent logo is the incorrect font / color / location
-Overall Craftsmanship Quality is not up to par with brand standards
-Hardware finishing is not even or smooth - streaking and warped appearance are inconsistent with brand
-Serial Number / Stamping inconsistent and improper clarity

I am returning everything !!!!

You know what? I feel like for the past couple years they've been selling a lot of fakes! I bought a Chanel silk scarf from them and seriously the scarf quality is just not there! The seams are poorly sewed in and the silk itself felt super thin. And as I mentioned about my Celine Box bag which I've purchased from them from a few months ago, I really think that bag is a knock off! Like the dust bag, stamping, date code etc.. looks off! I guess I learned a big lesson here! If it looks too good to be true, it really is!

Hi everyone, I just bought a Saint Laurent bag from them (Rive Gauche) and though I thought it looked and felt 100% legit, I got it authenticated (after reading this thread, just in case...) by a French expert (authentifier.com) and it is authentic. Very happy with the transaction, deal, delivery, everything went well. (It didn’t come in its original box, and the top handle had beenbent into a weird shape, but besides that, it’s all good ☺️)

After I purchased my coat, I have bought other things from them:scarves, belts, shoes. All has been fine.

I’d wanted a Balenciaga bag for a long time but never bought one. They are currently on clearance at Amuze, so I bit, and I bought the ME S City in Beige.

I am not sure where to have it authenticated personally but I’m not too worried. Balenciaga (sadly) has become less popular over the years except for fans, and stores are shutting down their boutiques. The Nordstrom where I live recently shut theirs down (as well as their Gucci), and they had a City on sale for $800.00 which I stupidly didn’t buy. ( The Gucci just disappeared.) I also feel that Celine’s time is fading, and many millennials aren’t as into designer bags. People are changing, I think Amuze is more of an online outlet type store. Instead of going to an individual outlet, it’s online now and saves money. Of course, Gucci is on the rise again as is YSL so it’s not only that certain brands are less popular, but old season styles and imperfect product goes somewhere besides Barney’s NY sales. :)

My guess about Amuze is they have overstock and items outdated or perhaps even bags that the company, for whatever reason, deems unacceptable. A bent handle, a less then straight stitch...Plus they carry many out of season items, such as cashmere scarves and coats in the summer returned from the store. So we may get an authentic bag, but with a flaw - perhaps a batch of leather was not as luxurious as normal, or the dye color is off, so they made the bags anyway and sell them to places like Amuze?

It’s just a guess but I think Chanel, Hermes and Vuitton are really the only companies who don’t worry about the bottom line and will throw away slight imperfections rather than selling them (and that is now up for debate!) Chanel has shoes on Amuze. No Vuitton yet that I’ve seen.

To remain the illusion of exclusivity companies like Gucci, Celine, Balenciaga and others are not going to drop their less perfect or outdated or returned products to Ross or TJ Maxx but they also aren’t throwing them in the landfill. And so we get sites like Amuze, with deep discounts for those of us who will still pay a lot for a bag. 800.00 is expensive, but a lot less than 2,000. Most people will take an off color or a broken stitch for that kind of savings.

Of course, even a boutique can end up with a fake. Somebody buys, returns a one-for-one and a salesperson isn’t trained to tell the difference. I’ve heard of this happening before. That may be why Amuze charges for returns and gives you a hard time-to try to prevent fakes slipping in?

I am just guessing. I don’t know anything about this company or their supply chain or any supply chain for that matter. But I can see a guy finally making connections and convincing designers to sell to him so he can sell to us.

Or, maybe I made up a story. :) I know, so far, my smaller items have been authentic and good quality. We’ll see with my new Bal which is the first bag I bought from them. There is also a Gucci Marmont I’m interested in so we’ll see. I’ll post if there is a problem or concern and maybe somebody on the Bal forum will be willing to do an authentication.

For those who truly have gotten fakes, of course, I’m reslly sorry, that’s very unfair. The company should return with no fee if its not authentic. But maybe high end designer selling is changing and online outlet stores are the newest way to shop, competing with the pre-loved market.

I would get the Balenciaga authenticated to have peace of mind. I once was tempted by their Balenciaga deal and passed on it after hearing some stories. The pictures look fine but one thing that made me a little skeptical was that they just weren't running out of stock and had more and more of the same bags to sell every few days. I checked on the Balenciaga site and Amuze was not listed as an authorized retailer. I also emailed Balenciaga and was told Amuze is not an authorized retailer (don't think any of the flash sale sites are). So...they have to be getting a lot of bags from some third party and not the brand directly. I would be careful. Hopefully the bags are legit!

Ok, I’m no longer an Amuze supporter. I bought a Balenciaga metallic city edge bag there. I had it authenticated here, and also paid an independent authenticator, and the bag is fake. Both people agreed.

I paid with PayPal so any dispute should end in my favor, especially since I have third party authentication. However, it still irritates me that these replicas are slipping by. I’m not accusing Amuze of knowing they were fakes, but they should have done some research before putting them out there.

That was my last Amuze purchase.

I also bought a small Balenciaga city edge bag from Amuze and turned out its fake. The problem is I bought it since February and didnt think its fake until now. I have it authenticate by ****************** and they said its fake. I contacted them and they offered 50% refund. I paid more than $1000 for it and even with 50% back, I still lost $500 for a fake bag
Can someone suggest me a legal action here ? I want to report them and sue them, whatever works

Did you accept the 50% offer? I did get all of my money back although I found out quick. They never admitted it was a fake but I sent them a copy of my authentication that proved it was fake and they refunded me. If you took half the money, that could be considered a settlement. Even though it’s been 9 months, you still should get what you paid for. I hope by now you’ve gotten your money back? I’d fight with my credit card company, I think that’s all that can be done. I don’t know how long your credit company gives you but it won’t hurt to ask.

I posted a negative review on trustpilot, which Amuze got removed. (So don’t trust Trustpilot either). They are a completely unethical company.

Look at their Facebook page. Tens of thousands of likes but no engagement. That means the likes are purchased. Of course, if you say anything there it’s deleted instantly.

It’s a shame companies like this are allowed to continue. I don’t believe anything they sell is real.

To add insult to injury, they use my email. I can’t unsubscribe from their list, and spam increases so I’m sure they’ve sold my information.

Because of where I live, if I want luxury goods I’m forced to buy online. The only store in my area is LV and I don’t want my entire closet to be Vuitton! It’s a shame we have to feel sick and worried with each purchase.

They offered me 50% refund but i didnt agree. I reported them to TrustPilot, they removed my comment because they dont admit its fake. I reported them to BBB and was going to talk to lawyer to bring them down. But they agreed to take back the bag and issued full refund.
So anybody who bought from Amuze, make sure its authentic. I think they mix authentic and fake items

I defended this website when it first started, because although I’ve been afraid of their purses I had bought shoes from them. Only thing I have to say now is buyer beware. This site is a scam that sends out fake goods, they’ve changed their policy now to offer no refunds and no cancellations. When they screw you all they will offer you is store credit. I would never shop with them.
