I defended this website when it first started, because although I’ve been afraid of their purses I had bought shoes from them. Only thing I have to say now is buyer beware. This site is a scam that sends out fake goods, they’ve changed their policy now to offer no refunds and no cancellations. When they screw you all they will offer you is store credit. I would never shop with them.

I agree, I have defended them in the past as well but no more! Buyer beware, stay away!
Luckily I have never got anything fake, all was good there.
However, it appears they were purchased by another company. Prices are very, very high now....wouldnt even call a good deal. I removed myself from there email list a few months back, not worth it. You couldnt pay me to shop on this site ever again.

I recently ordered for the first time with Amuze I ordered a Dolce and Gabbana dress which they were unable to deliver within 10 promised business days and said it would take another 2 weeks. I cancelled order and they refunded me back and said they would reach out to me when item was available so my funds wouldn’t be tied up. A few weeks later they emailed me stating dress was ready to ship and I purchased it . Again 10 days and no dress I was furious they finally shipped the dress and I got one 2 sizes too big and really wasn’t sure about authenticity it didn’t quite look like the one I had tried on at the store. I returned it and got my money back no problem about that. I will not be ordering from them again by the time they shipped me wrong size almost 2 months had transpired and I got dress on sale at local boutique
