I placed an order and paid in full for the hammered gold 5 motif bracelet in Dec’23 at SF store, still waiting patiently. hope to get it soon but it is frustrating with no clear timelines provided other than ‘few months wait’.
Is this why it costs more if you buy it from resale sites? I’ve seen a +10% premium for a new one, to compensate for the wait time?

Exactly. I got one last year and the wait was about 6 months, others said the same, so I think that is the new normal for now. Resale price is higher to skip the wait.
Placed order early October 2023 paid in full for me and asked for an update on Friday. Told a VERY long list of orders and can't provide any estimate of when it will be in. Told it is taking much longer to arrive. Was told they fill order based when you were put on the pre order list. Seems it will be longer than 6 months based on response.
I’m curious as to why the timeline differs from one place to another. Some of you have been waiting a really long time!
Ordered in dec 23 a 20 motif necklace & vintage earrings both in hammered YG. I originally wanted the magic size but they’re not available to order.
I was told a minimum of 6 months for each piece but I received the necklace in feb 24 and the earrings are arriving this week.

I also think that it depends on store receiving new pieces. And that I don’t know on what it depends. Does a boutique with greater sales receive more stuff ?
The wait times do seem to vary a lot especially by country. I’ve had to wait in the USA months for items accessible abroad. Very frustrating the wait lists and inventory systems are different for each country within the same brand.

Any idea on the wait time for a vintage alhambra hammered gold pendant?
I am still trying to decide if I prefer yellow gold or rose gold. I hate the idea of paying 100% deposit only to wait several months for the item to come in. I am also a bit worried about purchasing a creation if it is not available to try in the boutique.

I was advised it is a wait time of 4 - 7 months and 100% prepayment is required to order.
No need to worry, you'll get a full refund on the deposit if you don't like it the piece you ordered. Same thing with online orders, you can get full refund to your original payment method within 30 days. Their shipping label for the return already includes insurance.
I placed a preorder for VA YG hammered 5 motif bracelet in Sept 2023. I'm in the US and mine took just over 5 mos. to arrive.
I am on a waitlist, not even able to place a deposit, this month for the RG VA 5 motif bracelet.
Maybe next year?
