Hammered Gold Alhambra - Still a long wait?

I placed an order for the YG hammered in July. Just found out (after also asking for updates in october and November) finally today that there was an issue with my order and it wasn’t actually placed. 😩 what!! 😓 starting over now luckily with a different/ local SA and feeling very jaded with little more than an apology.

I'm sorry, that's really disappointing to find out that your order wasn't even placed after waiting for 5 months! I think I would have been too angry to order again.

What location made this mistake? So frustrating!! When you asked for updates was the reply "it is a long wait"? That is what I am being told when asking for an update. Now nervous what happened to you could happen to me.

Las Vegas. My local SA offered to look up the order for me and thought there was an issue. If you look up your receipt make sure the item is listed vs some random numbers. I would ask for a copy of your receipt and confirm that the bracelet is listed on it. When I asked about it previously I was told there was “no update” but who knows if they actually looked into it. It seemed like they did at the time.

Oh well. Mistakes happen it’s just frustrating.

Thanks! Mine is with NYC. I was given a copy of the receipt and the bracelet is listed. I will check in again next month. Hope you get the new one a lot faster!

I'm in a VCA fb group and based on posts on there the wait seems closer to 5-6 months

I ordered in October. Was told no time frame could be provided that they haven't seen any come in. When asked for an update last month on status, again could not say when and that it is a "very long wait". Seems to be no consistency in timeline or what information people are provided. I have passed the 3 month mark already hopefully I am halfway there

I ordered mine in July (but it is the WG version). I was told 1-2 months. Still waiting...

I was offered the YG 10 Motif hammered by the boutique. As I noticed, it's a product that isn't available that often.
But is it really worth the hammered YG 10 motif?
