I can't believe there are no hearts on here! I just got mine from my jeweler. My first big jewelry buy and I LOVE it beyond words! I'll have to post the pics of the final piece because they are beyond belief incredible, but here's the CAD for now.

Thanks so much! Just wait until you see the real thing though, much more delicate and sparkly. I am so thrilled! It's for a right hand ring so I wanted to go with a sentimental shape that didn't look like an engagement ring....although I wish this had been my e-ring! If you're thinking about doing something with a heart and a halo, go for it! I actually think hearts look the best set in a halo because it emphasizes the heart shape that otherwise might be mistaken for a round or pear at a glance.

while i know this is a diamond thread, my ring is a blue topaz gemstone in pear shape. yet i still feel that halos look great on pears
here's the final product on my heart ring. The center stone is 2.01ct but presents bigger. I am not used to photographing diamonds so I apologize for my pics. This ring sparkles brilliantly in person.There are diamonds on the side of the halo and millgrain and engraving on the side of the band.

This was my 5th anniversary gift. It ended up being a completely over the top anniversary that my husband will never be able to beat, but this was my favorite of all my gifts!! Today I've posted a pic of it before here (see 2nd photo), layering it with my trillion eternity band. I also layer it with my mothers ring, or I wear it alone!
