"Halo" Ring Setting - which shape diamonds look best with it? share your pics!

here's the final product on my heart ring. The center stone is 2.01ct but presents bigger. I am not used to photographing diamonds so I apologize for my pics. This ring sparkles brilliantly in person.There are diamonds on the side of the halo and millgrain and engraving on the side of the band.

while i know this is a diamond thread, my ring is a blue topaz gemstone in pear shape. yet i still feel that halos look great on pears

thank you! 14.00 X 09.00 MM pear blue topaz stone (5.75 carats roughly) on a 14K white gold mounting. the diamonds are round pave. the facets are crazy! i get so many compliments. blue is my favorite color

I am consiering purchasing this ring.
Because, I definitely want a halo ring~~, like everyone here.
But, it's not quite like all of yours, JUST a RH fun ring.
I am not sure about the halo setting, but is this a "halo"?

The jeweler has just sent me some photos with the spec.
The stone weighs 8.7 carats.
But the size is smaller (12X12 mm) since it has depth.
The shank is 18k pink gold.

Yes, it looks so. I asked the shop about the bottom. They said the stone has a normal pointed culet and it cannot reach the hand.

I'll order this ring!

I am not so adictive personality, but I am almost a "halo addiction."

These are my favorite "halo" settting jewelry pieces!
The first one is FMI, someone's HW's micro pave setting.

I am now considering purchasing the blue topaz halo studs framed with black diamonds
from the same jeweller I have ordered the blue topaz halo ring with!

And, I love morganite!!! I want to make a morganite halo, too.
A diamond center "halo" is too costly, so not my agenda near time.........

I love the pink morganite, its such a feminine pretty colour. I would love a light pink morganite with a halo of pink diamonds done in white gold or pink gold
