Thank you! I don’t think you need a purchase history to get bags offered. Before this I’ve no purchase history in Japan but I got myself a scarf and a watch strap after the SA offered the bag to me.

What bag/size are you looking for? I’ve talked to a SA in Ginza store, if you are looking for B35 you will probably get it if you are going to queue up in the morning. Hope it helps!

I was looking for smaller sizes and went 4 Times in as many days with no luck. Ah well! I’m glad you got yours tho, it’s lovely!

I arrived Osaka this late afternoon and visited the h store at namba, lots of colourful mini halzan, Rose pourpre toolbox. Jige clutch, electric blue toolbox. I asked for Constance or Kelly. They said no..

Oh congratulations! I will try the Kyoto shop tomorrow. Now is the Japan golden week. I am not sure if the shop still getting the shipment daily. If not, I may only have chance on Monday and Tuesday at airport store.
