Can't really say. I am a fan on JR Nagoya Takashimaya but others say Mitsubishi. Just go to both
Hello everyone, I am going to Osaka and Tokyo next week and hoping to get a B/K/C in Japan. Just wondering if bringing my H bag and accessories along will have a higher chance of getting bag offers? I usually travel with my GP36 as it holds a lot but is it better to bring a Kelly or Lindy to the shop? We will be staying in Namba and Ginza, which shop will have a higher chance? I know it sounds silly [emoji14] it’s our wedding anniversary trip and it will be so nice if we can get bag offers during our stay

Hi, I visited Tokyo in 2016 and each H store I went to I carried my Lindy and I don’t find it really made much of a difference to the service/attention I received. Overall even though Ginza might have the largest stock I found their service to be most dismissive, even when I was buying a SLG (I think probably because they are the busiest store/have the most tourists?). Thanks for the reply! I’ve heard of unpleasant experiences at Ginza store online, nonetheless I see bloggers getting offered B/K in normal leather. Our hotel is right next to H Ginza, will definitely give an update when I’m there!

If you stay at Ginza, you should try some boutiques like Nihonbashi Takashimaya, Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi cuz it is near from Ginza.
I was offered K32 at Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi last December. Actually I declined cuz I want a smaller one.
Certainly possible. I have not been lately but they moved the leather goods to the first floor so I don't know how the system works in the morning nowadays.
The one and only day I went early to queue, no one left with B K or C. There was no delivery. I've been told that sometimes they get delivery in the late afternoon so you can go before closing to see. They were quite dismissive towards me the last time I went, even though I had my husband and child with me, whereas the last trip I went alone and had great service, so I guess it's all about luck?
Has anyone one seen Roulis on display in Japan? Is it hard to get? Really want to get one on my upcoming trip !! Thanks
I saw a mini roulis on display in Tokyo (both at the store in Isetan & another Tokyo store but I can’t remember which one...). It was Gris Ashalt with GHW which was really pretty! That was around end Dec. [emoji4]
