Hello! Does anyone know the return policies of Gucci outlet stores? Do they do refunds if item is unused and with original packaging etc? I’m in Italy right now but am having second thoughts about a recent purchase and need some info to know if I should plan for a special trip to another outlet (I’m a bit far from the first outlet I bought mine at) to do a return - if that is even possible..
Usually, original packaging and receipt like store to like store. So outlet to outlet seems readable (although I haven't been to a Gucci outlet). No duty-free from airport to reg store, no flagship to dept store, not outlet to stand-alone etc.
Everything will be written on the receipt.
heading to the Woodbury Commons outlet this weekend. I was there in February this year and got a really great deal on a bag that I was looking for
Has anyone been there recently? What has the inventory/sales looked like?

I know outlets are always hit/miss, but was pretty disappointed as they had tons of boutique items at full price and barely any items at a "special price." The discounts were minimal for the items listed under the special price.
As for the shoes, barely any styles and the ones I looked at I believe were boutique prices. The one I did like had a pretty decent discount but only had it in a size 10.
Reasoning could be that they're really holding out for black Friday to mark items as a "special price," but who knows.
They’re not holding out. It’s been like this for months. I’ve gone a few times over the year and each time this is the case- seems like they transitioned their store model to full priced gucci items with very few discounted items- those of which aren’t even nice.
I bought a gucci bag from lord and taylor a few months ago and returned it twice due to a defect. I want to try purchasing it again, do they have any coupons to use on top of the 20% off?
No issues--did purchase the mini marmont shoulder bag and came in great condition. I was able to use the 15% off promo they had at the time and the bag itself was cheaper than on Gucci's website. This was a brand new bag, not pre-loved.

Very interesting--I wonder how this could be? Maybe they're not longer making "for outlet" items causing inventory to be extremely low, meaning they have to fill in with boutique items?
but I agree--the few discounted items they had I didn't like either and didn't see people gravitating towards them.
