Does anyone have a SA in the Woodbury Commons outlet? I've been trying to call for weeks but I just keep getting their voicemail

I haven't tried lately, but I remember trying to call there approx 2 years ago and having the same issue, not sure what's up there..Does anyone have a SA in the Woodbury Commons outlet? I've been trying to call for weeks but I just keep getting their voicemail
Nobody picks up the phone. Ever since Eric the store manager left in January, its been terrible. No one seems to care about the calls coming in.
Does anyone have an SA at the Gucci outlet in Cabazon? I've tried calling for weeks and no one picks up.
Eric, was great! He actually moved to become the manager at the Wrentham outlets in Massachusetts. I hunted him down!
What I have done in the past is called a different gucci outlet that is less popular. It is very hard to get through at Woodbury.
A lot of Gucci merchandise is popping up in off discount stores. I used to get those sales links also.
From my understanding, they no longer do those sales. Less popular items end up at the outlet but you can find some random pieces at NM, Saks, and Nordstroms sometimes.
Hi Everyone, I am a long time lurker and really new here. I live in Oregon with no outlets nearby. Would anyone have a contact for a SA that can send image of their collection, take payment over phone and willing to ship it? I am really new to this, any other recommendation on how to buy from outlet when you don't live near it?

The outlet doesn't sell the same styles as the regular store. The outlet has more colourful versions of the Marmont from past seasons, including potentially the velvet and metallic ones, but they won't have anything that is still sold for full price at their regular stores.
If she wants the black leather Marmont bag, then I suggest going to the regular store.
not always true, i've seen black marmont bags at the outlet in my state. i was just there a few months ago.
