Omg!! I cannot believe it! My Saks order is confirmed. I got an email and just checked online. Woo hoo! The most awaited bag in my collection. It's been 92 days since I placed my order. I have to give it to Saks for fulfilling its obligation. I cannot wait!!

Really?!?! Let us know when you receive the shipping confirmation email!! My online status said its summited but no actual estimate delivery date. Just said it will ship on or before 3/2. However I was informed that my order is currently in processed which is good news!

Just contacted Saks and see why my order is still in process,
This order is processing on through now and its pending verification but once it passes that it will prepare to ship. So it was just updated with a new payment method and when that was done it started the processing.

T.T" What takes so long to get my payment verified?

I placed my order on 11/22 around 5-6 am est.
I still haven't received my shipping confirmation yet.

Same as you 2; I placed my order on Nov,22 and still is not submitted.

Just contacted Saks and see why my order is still in process,

A few days ago I saw this bag listed on Saks' website. I no longer see it in Camelia.
 
This is getting really weird. My Camelia Disco order was just cancelled per an email from Saks. Then 20 minutes later .. I received this email:

Does anyone know for sure if there is actual stock available? (I see 1 order shipped.) I will be travelling in a couple weeks and cannot submit my order unless I know it will ship in the next week? Note the wrong phone number too ? lol

I received the same message/cancellation and I had previously ordered on 11/21. I live chatted and repurchased the bag but they said that there's no guarantee that it will be coming.

At least you are getting communication from Saks. The last time I received an email from them was 2/1 when they informed me the expected ship date is being delayed.

I can't believe they cancelled your order and reordered it at the orig price and that you would get reimbursed. Hopefully yours will come as others have listed.

I wish they would get their story straight. My order states exactly the same as what I posted earlier....not submitted...est delivery not available.

So once again I decided to call them and was told it's still on back order and the estimated ship date is 3/2......really????? I find it unlikely!

I don't know why I'm bothered by all this. I know it was a great price; but having us wait so long is very discouraging.

No ... They just cancelled the order. Then sent an email saying if I still wanted it ... to call Saks and re-order the bag. Strange thing ... is that will have to charge me full price and then they will credit back the difference. I am not calling them back. I think you should call and talk to CS ... You may need to resubmit your order.
 
I talked to the CS again and they said:
I have reviewed your order and it is currently being processed. You will be contacted soon by a representative from our Security Department to verify necessary information in order to complete the processing of your order. For faster processing, please call the number back that will be left on your voicemail if you are not available to answer the telephone. Once the verification process is completed, you should receive an e-mail confirming your order.

.______. I'm anxiously waiting for them to call me. Really don't understand why they have to make things so complicated.

Sorry...I misunderstood ... I didn't realize you already called cs. I really hope you get it. :girlsigh: I don't why they are handling each order differently. I just can't wait any longer without a ship date... too many road trips coming up.
