love the disco.. i have it in the camella or whatever its also called 'something ' rose....

i also stalk the velvet mattesse on nordstroms dot com. I'm looking for the raspberry which in owned and returned. i couldn't decide on the color. i also had it in the fuschia! returned both and now i know. raspberry! lol

Hey all! Joining the club and so happy with this purchase :heart:
I was eyeing this bag first then the Marmont camera bag. I'm much happier with the nude color of the Soho Disco as compared to what was looking too pink for me as an everyday bag in the Marmont. I know I'll get more wear out of this one as a more low-profile leather bag than the Marmont w/ the gold toned GGs and chevron print.

Super excited to see how it carries and wears. I'm 5'0" and have it on the shortest strap notch; might get a couple more holes in the strap as someone else in the thread had done. I hate to compromise the bag in any way, though. Anyway, love it! Here are some pictures :flowers: in different lighting

good point about too pink for everyday. if it were more pink, I'd get sick of it. i love mine. all the colors are great.... i saw the black in person at whole foods.... its just a chic but easy bag.

i ordered a leather hole punch from amazon for less than 20 bucks. it has like 6 different size adjustments.

i think it voids the warranty but don't quote me. i don't care about that. i don't sell my bags.

I added two holes so the spacing matches with the other holes....

Great suggestion about the leather hole punch! It's definitely more worth it in the long run if it makes it more wearable. The black bag sounds beautiful, too!!

I am 5 ft tall so I had to adjust the strap to wear it comfortably. I had it done at a shoe repair store for $25. The cobbler masterfully shortened the strap at the buckle end (excess strap is cut at the buckle end and restitched). This completely hides any alteration when strap is buckled in and still keeps the 5 total original holes at the other end so that there isn't too much strap flapping about when buckled. In case my description doesn't make sense, I attached some photos. :smile:

Hi ladies,

I just got my first ever Gucci bag, the Soho Disco Bag in black. I love itttttt. But on the very first night, through some freak accident my bag got dented :( I kept it in my closet and somehow during the night it fell, causing the closet door to open and it got wedged between the closet doors. Now there is a dent right through the GG logo. Would appreciate any suggestions on how to remove the dent. Please help! I'm desperate.

also a great solution. i wanted it longer and don't like the tail at the end. I'm 5'7 so shortening isn't a consideration.

Has anyone else had any problems with the cloth lining coming apart at the seams? I hadn’t used mine for a while and when I took it out recently, I noticed the seam above the pocket of my red Disco is coming apart. Not sure if it’s bc I overloaded my bag or not. I’ve brought it to Gucci for fixing but curious to know if this has happened to anyone else?

(I also have a black Disco which is fine but I did notice the inside seams appear kind of “weak” and seems prone to tearing.)

So I picked up a black Disco yesterday at Gucci and as I was walking to my car today, the strap came off of one side! I went back home and grabbed my receipt then drove to the store and got a new one. Has this happened to anyone else before? The SA said it was a first for him.
