They really didn't package it nicely. If it had been full of stuffing it might have retained its shape.Too bad they didn't check the quality before they shipped it. Maybe since it is online they don't check it like an actual store would.

Mine doesn't squish down on the top after using it. maybe a little but not noticeable and i'm not careful with my bag at all. hope it helps :) Let us know what neimans say. Hope they will send you another one. Gucci red is gorgeous.

Tracillicious, thanks for that info on how your bag wears. My black studded disco seems fine, but I haven't worn it much. I can see how after time it could sag at the top, but I think this was either a return or someone laid something on it.
Even in my closet, none of my bags get smooshed on top of other bags.
This red really is a gorgeous color, and since I'm not really into red, it says something.
Although, I do have an older Chloe Paddington in this same red, but it's too heavy with the lock:)

Same here, i'm not really into red but I love the Gucci red. I wanted to get the red originally but my dad is colourblind and he thought the burnt orange was red when he got it in paris :P :P thank goodness the orange is also gorgeous. i love this bag so much i think i will get another soon.

The box was semi crushed and the bag had an indentation at the top of the G' s since it wasn't stuffed. Then I noticed several loose threads at the bottom G's.
Is this common? My other disco is the black studded so it's completely different on the G's.
I'm wondering if it was a return, since it said it only 1 left.

Thank you! I called customer service last night and the lady was appropriately appalled:)
She said they had no more so she would credit my account now, instead of waiting for it to return back to them.
Really depressing is the fact that Overstock and Kmart have these as well:((

Congrats on your Disco! Are you sure the color is not blush/ powder pink? It looks pink to me.

The blush color you have been searching is officially called dark cipria and it's powdery pink that leans slight mauve. Your bag looks very much like it. Rose beige is also very pretty color but it's powdery beige and not pink at all.

That's great that they credited your account before returning it. If you are able to, try purchasing it at Saks now. :smile:
I believe Bonanza has them also but I don't know how reputable they are.
Does anyone know??

I believe it's actually Sears (although Kmart is under Sears, I have never seen independent sellers selling Gucci bags under Kmart).
Sears has a commerce site; which is a marketplace for independent sellers. Any size company can sell on this marketplace; however they are no longer accepting applications at this time.
