I've been using my pink disco a few times and today I noticed that one of the nodules in the tassel is different than the others. It is hard to take a picture of this but other nodules are round and this one looks to be split in two parts. I don't believe I've chipped/ damaged it myself.

Is this normal? I bought my bag from Selfridges.com so it must be authentic. This bothers me a bit now even though I'm not a person who scrutinizes her bags.

I'm pretty sure it's a domed screw used to hold the tassel in place but also designed to blend in.

I got this Disco bag as a gift at the beginning of summer and since then, i've been carrying it almost everyday. I feel guilty about not carrying my other bags, but this is seriously one of the BEST bags ever! I originally wanted a red one but my dad is colourblind and he got me the burnt orange thinking it was red (and he still believes that it's red not orange [emoji23][emoji23]). Planning to pick up another one in black or rose beige. Thank you for letting me share [emoji173]️[emoji178]

The box was semi crushed and the bag had an indentation at the top of the G' s since it wasn't stuffed. Then I noticed several loose threads at the bottom G's.
Is this common? My other disco is the black studded so it's completely different on the G's.
I'm wondering if it was a return, since it said it only 1 left.

Oh my, that is awful!! You paid enough for it; you should get the quality you deserve. I'm sorry they only had one left but I would return it. Maybe they have another one at another Neiman's. Good luck!

I'm so sorry this happens to you. I don't think several loose threads are common or acceptable. Mine was perfect when I first got it and after using it almost everyday for months, it's still in excellent condition. I think you should return it and wait for another one to come in [emoji20][emoji20]

Thanks for your reply! So yours doesn't squish down on the top after using it?
They really didn't package it nicely. If it had been full of stuffing it might have retained its shape.Too bad they didn't check the quality before they shipped it. Maybe since it is online they don't check it like an actual store would.

Ps. I tried to multiquote but I can't figure it out still!

I'm surprised they didn't stuff it before shipping it. I got mine for Neimans. Very disappointing.
