You should call them! Maybe they can do something to get one to you? Not sure how that works though
I don't think they ever did, to me the strap also looks wider than it should. But if you purchased pre -loved , it might still be authentic, just an extra loop was added by the previous owner.
I'm so excited about finally getting my disco last week.
I've carried it once already. I was looking at the tassel and noticed the hardware looks like it's peeling or chipping. Is this normal? Or should I contact Gucci about it? I might just be nitpicking but I want this bag to last!

i spoke with them and is only for usa, not for net a porter international site 
, enjoy yours lucky girl Mine is 2 months old, the cap on my tassel has extremely fine scratches- visually visible but you can't feel them. I would contact Gucci CS about yours as I don't think it should be easy to chip.
Also congrats on the red! I'm incredibly envious!

I've been using my pink disco a few times and today I noticed that one of the nodules in the tassel is different than the others. It is hard to take a picture of this but other nodules are round and this one looks to be split in two parts. I don't believe I've chipped/ damaged it myself.
Is this normal? I bought my bag from Selfridges.com so it must be authentic. This bothers me a bit now even though I'm not a person who scrutinizes her bags.
