I'm interested in the Gucci soho shoulder bag with the chain. I also like the disco bag preferably in nubuck leather. Does this bag hold its shape or does it slouch. I expect some slough and that's ok, but I don't want too much. I hope this makes sense. Thank you for the insight.

I am so disappointed and i really don't know what to do since i bought it in the Gucci store, i really want to have this bag but....if all of them will smell like this....
Did anyone have the same problem? is your bags smelling leather???

My rose beige from Gucci.com had a strong plastic odour, it disappeared after about 5days... I looked on the forums and read comments of how nice the leather smelled... [emoji52]

Very strange and odd - never had this issue with any of my Gucci bags. Return it and before bringing home your exchanged bag, open it up first in the boutique.

but then, yours has leather smell or after the plastic smell left, now it smell nothing??
it is really disappointing spending money for a plastic smell :annoyed:

I just purchased my second Disco bag from Net a Porter in navy, but the leather is 'squeaking' so much on one side where the strap meets the actual bag that I think I will have to return it. Anyone else had this? Thanks.

No, that's very strange. Do you think a little leather conditioner might help? The navy is so beautiful!!

That's a good idea. I could give them a call and ask if I try it and it does not cure the problem could I still return it. I've been looking for a simple classic navy bag for ages. It's the perfect dark navy. Thanks for your help.

You're welcome, hope they have an answer. I agree it's the perfect navy. Gucci does the best red and the best navy.

Called them and they have reserved another. They agreed that it should not be 'squeaky'. I agree with you about the Gucci colours! I loved the red as well but already have a Hermes Picotin which is almost identical in colour so could not justify another red bag unfortunately. My youngest dd has already asked to use the new bag when it arrives - she is only 12 - the answer was 'no'!

Ugh ...just received my light pink soho disco from netaporter and it has that plastic smell, ...returning and going to go to Gucci boutique near me....really discouraging considering the price we pay on these goods:tdown:
