I was about to buy it as it is an amazing color also, just i took the black as the easy choice but, if i exchange mine ( the one with plastic smell ) and they offer me a nice gold one with a lovely leather smell i will definitely take it!!!

The bag was fine, fully stuffed in dust bag, but no box just the dust bag
I've seen that in person and it's beautiful! Online it appears more gold but irl it's pewter. I think it's a great neutral.
Thanks. My dh is trying to make me feel better by telling me that I will find another navy bag that I love as much but I am gutted! Luckily I have a gorgeous metallic Disco but the navy was perfect. I am so particular about which bags I buy and have been trying to find the navy one for a long time. I think I will call the Gucci store in London tomorrow and see if they can help at all.
