I would love for them to go on sale again. I don't know why I hesitated during the last sale. In any event, the SA at the Cabazon outlet was able to locate a Gucci Soho Disco Studded Bag in black for me. It should be arriving sometime next week. I am so excited! I can't wait!

Recently walked into a few Gucci stores in Asia and it's confirmed they are discontinuing the Disco and replacing it with a similar bag but with a thick chain like some of their other new bags. It's too bad as I feel the older style is lighter and more versatile with the leather strap. The newer style is nice but I feel there are now too many bags with the same chain and I'd probably go for another style with that chain.
Well I finally made my way back to the Gucci store. The SA was very helpful and gave me a new bag and this time I inspected the hardware before leaving with it!
On the one hand I'm sad to see it go but on the other I'm happy that they're not completely discontinuing the style! Idk how I feel about thick chains tho, some of them end up looking tacky :/
I dropped my local gucci to get ahold of another disco bag. There were none displayed on the entire floor! I was so sad! Spoke to an SA, they said they weren't expecting any but to leave my details. I had a momentary mental block and could not remember "rose beige" so described it instead. Another SA pulled one out from the back and asked if it was what I was looking for, and it was!!! Unfortunately it was a damaged bag [emoji24][emoji24][emoji24] I hope they can still find me one.
Also, there was a huge price increase from when I purchased my red last year, nearly 300$ more!!! [emoji27]

Hi so I stored mine standing up in the dust bag not thinking that the tassel would get a bend in it as it is lower that the bag,I've now adjusted it but wondering how to get the bending out of the tassels will they straighten over time or do I need to wrap something around them ? how is everyone storing theirs ? Bought mine really for spring so it's not been used yet

Call the Gucci at the international plaza in Tampa, I recall seeing a Gucci in perfect condition there on Friday.
I recall hearing that people would lay the tassels flat on top when storing. So don't zip it all the way I guess?

I bought the beige one ... I was debating with the black bag but I already have many black bags! Maybe I'll get a black one though before it really gets discontinued...!
