In addition to distance sales directly with Goyard as suggested above, I’d try Bergdorf Goodman in NY. I can PM you my SA’s contact info if you’d like. It seems like all Goyard boutiques and Bergdorf’s is pretty low in stock. I bought a Petit Flot from Bergdorf this past Thursday and my SA’s assistant was telling me that they actually have 2 stock rooms dedicated to Goyard but in the past year the rooms have been sitting pretty empty.
Hi can you pm me as well. Thanks!

Hi all! I bought the Saint-Marie MM clutch at the New York store last week while traveling. It was wrapped in the box so I didn't open it until I got home and I just noticed there wasn't any dust bags inside the box. Anyone know if the Saint-Marie clutches are supposed to come with dustbags? Thank you!
Editing my response to say that all of my Sénat MMs, which are comparable in size to the Sainte-Marie Clutch, came in a box with a felt wrap, without a dust bag. For me, this is preferable, as they can be stored flat without damage.

Thanks so much! Just wanted to make sure it wasn't supposed to come with it - agree that the box will probably be the best way for storage!

Did you initially send an email to the store email with his name in subject line for your inquiry? That’s the standard mode of contacting SA’s these days. Any other means would be viewed as invasion of privacy. Him blocking is a clear indication of him setting boundaries. I would just let some time pass and visit the boutique again and buy what you wanted. See how the vibe is. Don’t mention or bring up the FB messaging again. Chances are he would‘ve forgotten about it by then. Good luck!
No, I did not. Just because I thought he was nice and chill (despite all the bad reviews everyone left him on Google) so I thought it wouldn’t bother him. Guess I am wrong. But yeah I guess you’re right, I will just let some time pass and visit the boutique again maybe next month to check on the status of my preorder if I don’t receive any news by then. I’m lowkey hoping I don’t see him when I do visit the boutique because I’m awkward now lol but if he’s around then I hope he don’t make things awkward for me.. Anyway, since you replied, just wondering if you preordered an item before? What was the item and how long did it took? I’m getting impatient with mine even though I just ordered last weekend because im hoping to use it during my
upcoming trip in Nov. Thanks!

That’s a good plan. Just forget about the incident. Don’t feel awkward bc it will show. Honestly SA’s service a ton of customers each day, he won’t even remember unless you point it out.

I preordered a boheme when it was first released. At that time, they said the wait was about 8 weeks and mine came in 5. The boutiques don’t always know what they will receive in each shipment. Like they might know they’ll get 10 units but they don’t know what colors for example. If it’s a popular color, the waitlist will be naturally longer. Also depends on how often they are getting shipments. Usually they only accept prepayment orders when they have a good flow of shipments in the next 2 months. What could bump up your order is if a customer(s) on the waitlist ahead of you change their mind/decline (which then would get store credit for exchange only for equal or greater purchase within 30 days.)

After you paid for your pre-order, you basically hear nothing until the day your item is ready. You’ll get a simple email and/or phone call/vm. They won’t reply to emails asking about status updates. =\

If you are casually stopping by the store to look at other items, you could ask how far down the waitlist you are. But I don’t think they can firmly tell you the date unless you’re really close and they just got a shipment.

Hi I live in DC and wanted to order a Goyard bag. How would I go about doing that?
I was looking to get the Saint Louis Claire-Voie PM Bag (Powder Pink). Any help is much appreciated. Thanks!!

I had luck when I emailed goyard for a distance sale. I think some people don’t get a response because they aren’t asking to buy a specific product. If you email and tell them exactly what you want they send your request to the nearest boutique to you in the US. Then the boutique calls you to complete the sale. That’s what happened with me. Good luck!

I called the Goyard store in the Chicago Neiman Marcus and left a very detailed message, stating the particular bag, size and color that I wanted to buy. I received a callback in about 24 hours. I agree that you’re more likely to get a response (by phone or email) if you are detailed and appear ready to purchase.

The only problem I see with your specific scenario is that you want a hard-to-find bag. I’m not sure that a SA will take the time to respond if it’s not a bag they have in stock.

Good luck with your bag!

Does anyone have an SA in the Rue Francois store in Paris? I'm flying there on the 25th and I'm looking to buy an Artois. Also any advice would be greatly appreciated as it's a solo trip, I'll be in Paris the entire day and I'll have the bag with me until my train in the late afternoon, Does Goyard provide discreet bags like Hermes does? I don't feel comfortable swinging a goyard bag around

If you are concerned, why don’t you bring a bag with you?

I’m returning the same day and since I was travelling around I didn’t want to carry around a bag the whole day. I was planning on using a WOC for my belongings
Not sure if it’s location dependent, but the San Francisco location gave us a discrete bag to put the Goyard bag in when we bought something yesterday. Was just a brown craft paper bag.
