I bought a bag (but not a Boheme) from the Goyard in Neiman Marcus in Chicago about 2 years ago. I called and left a message asking for the specific style and color and stated that I was ready to buy. Personally, I think it helps to be specific to get a call back, so they know they won’t be spending a lot of time going back and forth with you. I received a callback in about 48 hours and then the rest of the transaction was done via email. I believe I had to sign an agreement that I couldn’t return the bag for any reason, provide payment info, etc. The bag was shipped directly from the store and I had the option to pay for expedited shipping. Tax was not included. There might be a “premium” charged now- not sure. If they don’t have a Boheme in stock, I’m guessing you probably won’t get a callback.Has anyone had experience on buying Goyard online? Is it shipped from US/ France? How about the tax? Thank you.
Will go to the US in a few month, maybe will try buying online since no hope last time in NYC flagship
