Has anyone had experience on buying Goyard online? Is it shipped from US/ France? How about the tax? Thank you.
Will go to the US in a few month, maybe will try buying online since no hope last time in NYC flagship

I bought a bag (but not a Boheme) from the Goyard in Neiman Marcus in Chicago about 2 years ago. I called and left a message asking for the specific style and color and stated that I was ready to buy. Personally, I think it helps to be specific to get a call back, so they know they won’t be spending a lot of time going back and forth with you. I received a callback in about 48 hours and then the rest of the transaction was done via email. I believe I had to sign an agreement that I couldn’t return the bag for any reason, provide payment info, etc. The bag was shipped directly from the store and I had the option to pay for expedited shipping. Tax was not included. There might be a “premium” charged now- not sure. If they don’t have a Boheme in stock, I’m guessing you probably won’t get a callback.

Hi all! Yesterday I placed a preorder for the Boheme Hobo in grey & mandatory heart painting that’s an additional SGD470. Bag itself is SGD3020. SA mentioned that I cannot preorder the bag without the painting. He told me it should take maximum 3 months for it to arrive. Anyone have experience placing preorders and how long did it took? I told my SA I hope I can get it before I travel in November so I can use the bag.. anyway thanks for taking your time to read!

Hi all! I bought the Saint-Marie MM clutch at the New York store last week while traveling. It was wrapped in the box so I didn't open it until I got home and I just noticed there wasn't any dust bags inside the box. Anyone know if the Saint-Marie clutches are supposed to come with dustbags? Thank you!

All I asked was when will he be around at the boutique so I can visit him and I did apologise for reaching out to him in this manner. What should I do? Did I make things awkward?

Did you initially send an email to the store email with his name in subject line for your inquiry? That’s the standard mode of contacting SA’s these days. Any other means would be viewed as invasion of privacy. Him blocking is a clear indication of him setting boundaries. I would just let some time pass and visit the boutique again and buy what you wanted. See how the vibe is. Don’t mention or bring up the FB messaging again. Chances are he would‘ve forgotten about it by then. Good luck!
