Hi all! I have been reading the posts for a while but I wanted to share that I was able to purchase a Saint Louis on their French website yesterday after receiving their newsletter inviting us to log in! It seems like they just launched their ecommerce channel discretly (or was it already existing but no one knew??)
Wow, I just logged on the the US site and no-go.

Hopefully it reaches us soon!

Hmm … when I visit the French website, I only see “contact us” links without any options for online purchase. Are you able to provide a screenshot of what you are seeing?

We went to the London & Paris stores earlier this week. In London they don't care as much about your purchase history but in Paris at both 233 St. Honore and 66 Rue Francois, they ask your email address associated with your account to look up your purchase history now. My wife was looking for the Saigon mini in Iris and before they showed it to us, they looked up our purchase history at both locations.

At 66 Rue Francois, they took us back to a private room to show us some of the more exquisite pieces in limited colors. I was looking for Khaki or Jet black items, of which neither store had much to show!

At 233 St. Honore, our SA asked us to wait upstairs while we browsed and she looked for the Saigon mini in iris.

Anyone else notice this elsewhere in the world or the US?
