Well kids, still no word from Coach :noworry:
But I have just realized that I still have my 30% off Settlement Card :sweatdrop:
I was saving it for a "special love" (before it expired on May), but given the circumstances I don't really know what to do with it... My friend advised me to get a "Farewell Coach, Coach Love" :p and I thought about another way to benefit from it  I guess I still have time to decide on what I'll do...

Anyhow, I just thought I'd update you guys on this drama-rama

Happy Weekend Everyone!

^^^If you don't want to buy anything with it...You could either give it away, sell it, or send it back to Coach with a big no thanks scrawled on it!

:p That's crossed my mind...

Well, I am super broke-o and I have to pay for a root canal (ouch!) pretty soon. I already have half of the money, so I'm selling some of my Coach Loves to raise the other half, pay for my trip to Peru and bring money to my Granny in Lima. We (bf and I) thought it would be a good idea to raffle a Legacy Love with the coupon  We are still working on how it will go down, but some of my GFs were very excited to find out I am selling half of my Coach collection and half of my Nike Collection :amuse: They were astounded after receiving the e-mail :woohoo:

^^^I had a root canal plus three crowns last year so I know how expensive that is.....The raffle is a great idea. I've been selling some of my bags too so I can get a new FP one with the CA discount coupon before May.

Glad you think so! I was toying with the idea, but I decided it would be much more fun and exciting if we did it this way

I'm actually not sure if I'm more afraid of getting the root canal or shelling $600-$1000 for the procedure :faint:

Wow, that is awful! I've been straying from Coach too and if I got a letter like that, it would be a done deal! No company should treat their customers like that!
how are they treating customers bad compared to every company? It's a common practice in ALL retail, if they allow un-receipted returns. Too many is suspicious and they have to protect that.

Agreed. I think because Coach has such a lenient policy a lot of people take it for granted so when stuff like this happens it's shocking. I do think they could have handled it better though like sent out a warning letter saying " You have had [blank] number of un-receipted returns, any more and we will be forced to take action."

I believe it takes an sa to turn someone in to corporate so they will receive the "letter". I think if Coach is so worried about returns/ebay sellers etc, then they need to revamp their return policy. If they put more energy into stopping fake bags from flooding the local malls and flea markets their image would be better served.

I didn't say compared to every company. And to send a letter to a customer that has spend lots of money and to almost call them a criminal is offensive. Sometimes it's just how it's said that makes a difference. :smile1:
